      I have been in a Jeep ever since I was able to drive a car. Started with a 2015 Grand Cherokee, then a 2022 Jeep Gladiator and Finally into a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been the worst vehicle I have ever owned. Front bumper keeps falling off, rattling in the ac vent, screen keeps flashing black and has been a pain in my a** I have been a loyal jeep customers as you can tell my entire car career and all I asked for Stellantis to provide me with was trade assistance to get me into a different vehicle and they have been denying it every single time. My car has been to the dealership 4+ times for the same issues, the front clip keeps breaking and my bumper is popping out of place and they keep forwarding my case back to the parts department to fix the issue and still is occurring, they even completely replaced the front bumper and it still is happening. My car was under ***** miles and has already had body work done on a brand new car. Apparently this has been a common issues since 2022 and is still persistent today. My advice, stay away from any Stellantis vehicles out there it will not be worth your time. I am almost at the stage where I will be filing the lemon law if they don't allow the trade assistance. I am even giving them a chance to redeem themselves or I will change my loyalty to another brand.

      L9ve my jeeps as a whole however I got a lemon this go round. Bought at 2020 jeep gladiator rubicone brand new from the dealership. I have takin it to a dodge dealership for every oil change and service. At 3000km I developed a lifter tick resulting in a new cam shaft finally replaced at 30,000km. Some time after that an internal battery short firing a few realys and fuses leaving me stranded in a *** hortons drive though. Then check engine light do to low oil only 2000km after and oilchange serviced at my local dodge dealer ship. Resulting in a "consumption test". Simply checking the level of my oil ever 1000km. It seems to speractily consume oil with no rime or reason. Didn't rusult in any service.Again issue with my auto start stop auxiliary battery insufficient charge from running to short of time (I live in the country. It takes me 20min to get anywhere.)Leads us to now. The reason for my review.Jeep popped up with 24 codes. Engine misfiring miss alignment, and what not. Take to dodge they replace my cam shafts again. Stating that fca will only cover $2000 of my total bill for somthing that was replace 90,000km ago. Still showing a code. The tear in to it further. My crank shafts timing gear is completely worn out. No teeth at all. Service tech said "not sure how the engine even idles with the condition of the gear" wore out do to the gear being miss aligned from factory. Nothing I could have Done to cause it to become miss aligned.So it Went in for service on April 22 2024 I contacted the fca about my jeep looking for them to expedited the process of getting the gear in which is so far back ordered I do not have an estimated completion date. I missed the call from my case manager and have been trying to get a hold of them ever since. I've left 3 messages on their personal voice mail and talked to 2 of their coworkers 1 telling them to call me and another posting an urgent note on my file and here I am 5 days later and i still haven't heard from them.

      My experience here was a very terrible one. After I had made my second deposit I was blocked out. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated and giving up on my money when *********************** came to my rescue and helped me out with the issue. I would have been in a big mess if I had not met *********************** ( HARPERJAMESPLATFORM @ G MAIL COM ) personally by emailing them privately. I wish to recommend ****** to anyone in recovery of loss. She saves me and I believe She can also save others who have run into loss.

      I currently own a 2016 Ram 1500, I purchased this truck brand new in Nov. 2016. Overall, the vehicle has served me well, and hasn't ever left me stranded. However, it has been plagued with recalls regarding it's EGR cooler primarily but also other issues, most recently had a recall for the **** which took well over a year to come up with a replacement part. My current issue is with the *** module. It became faulty intermittently about a year ago, but since roughly June of last year it just went bad....ie. 3 MIL lights always on on my dash and no *** nor cruise control function. I very rarely hang onto vehicles once the extended warranty expires (last Nov) but I can't sell my truck in it's current state. I've contacted FCA several times and all I get from them for the past year is that the new part is under "review" and they have no date when it will be released. Which is an unacceptable answer in my opinion. This truck with this particular diesel motor has been plagued with problems and I'm afraid I'm going to be caught with a motor failure while I wait for this *** module to become available. I'm at the point that I may need to look into taking legal action....but I don't know if I have a case or not. I will NEVER buy another Stellantis product again, they don't treat their customers well.

      The worst customer service I have ever experienced, bar none. Attempting to add my vehicle to the DODGE app was unsuccessful; it said to "call an agent" to add my vehicle. I called and was told to "upload proof I owned the vehicle and call back in 15 minutes," which I did. I was then placed on hold for more than an hour. I finally hung up and called back only to be told the department I apparently needed to speak to had CLOSED half an hour before. Let's be clear about what happened here: I was placed on hold, left on hold, and would have remained on hold until the next morning if I had not hung up of my own volition. After my third call, where the person I spoke to said she couldn't help me because the department I needed was closed, I requested that whoever I needed to talk with call me. I was informed that this was an "inbound call center only" that "did not make outbound calls." The rank stupidity of having to make multiple phone calls to set up a mobile app aside, this is a level of customer service failure beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. I am livid beyond belief, and at this point, I truly cannot imagine ever willingly doing business with anyone or anything under the Stellantis umbrella ever again.

      I have had my vehicle in and out of the dealership since March of this year. There has been multiple repair attempts in which I was looking to contact Stellantis to look into a buyback/repurchase or look into providing payments for the time the vehicle was down and still is down. As I proceeded to go with the buyback route, I was asked several questions and never had gotten confirmation that the questions were received. Prior to the request, I was told it would take 23 business days for the review. I waited a week to see if someone would reach out to say they received my answers and after multiple calls and voicemails, my called was answered and I was told via phone that my request was denied. I was not provided with a reasoning, no letter, no email or not documentation stating so. I have requested some sort of documentation or the name of the department who reviewed the request and have yet to receive anything. Im sorry but I cannot go by the word of someone over the phone who is not even able to tell me who or what department reviewed the request. I am asking for someone to further look into my request and call me directly.

      To Whom It May ********* am writing to formally file a complaint against Stellantis N.V. regarding the unacceptable level of service and mishandling of warranty repairs for my 2017 Abarth, which has been unresolved for nearly six months. The vehicle has been at *************** in *************, and the issues faced are a direct result of Stellantis' inaction and mismanagement. I am requesting the intervention of the BBB to help facilitate a resolution as my attempts have been met with repeated failures and negligence by Stellantis.Details of the Complaint:Duration of Service: Since January, my vehicle has been stuck at the dealership. Initially, two months were spent awaiting warranty repair approvals. Subsequent delays of over three and a half months occurred due to Stellantis' failure to deliver the correct transmission part.Service and Error by Stellantis: After finally receiving a transmission, it was discovered during installation that it was the incorrect part due to an error by Stellantis. The service advisor, ******, from *********************, has diligently attempted to resolve these issues caused by Stellantis' logistical errors.Impact on Customer: This prolonged process has immobilized my vehicle and led to significant personal inconvenience and financial costs. My frustration is compounded by the fact that I have been paying for an extended warranty that Stellantis has failed to honor effectively.Praise for ************** It is important to note the exemplary service provided by ********************* and particularly Jaylen, the service advisor. Their efforts, transparency, and professionalism starkly contrast with the inefficiency and lack of accountability displayed by Stellantis.Given the severity of this situation, I demand immediate action from Stellantis Additional Information: If it were possible to rate my experience, Stellantis would receive zero stars, reflecting the total absence of customer care or effective management.

      This company is illegally hold my money without my consent. I accidentally sent them an electronic payment after our loan with them was closed. At first, they told me that they didn't see a payment. Then, after going back and forth with them and my bank several times, Chrysler Capital told me they have to put in a request to search for my payment. Whatever. so I gave it a couple days, didn't hear anything back. I called them back and asked what was going on. They explained that they did find the payment and that they would send the payment to the address on file. That was fine by me. Then a week goes by, still have not heard anything or received a check. I called them, asking again, where is my money. The representative then told me the refund had to get approved before they could send it out. I have NEVER heard of that before. But the rep told me it could take 7 to 10 days for that to happen. So again, I waited for the ten day **** to be up and here I am without my money that i need to put food in my toddler's mouth. I called them again today and they said that they have to wait for the loan to close out before they can send it which can take 60 DAYS! That feels super illegal that this company is holding my payment that is clearly an overpayment on my auto loan. I want my money back ASAP.

      I purchased a NEW Jeep Grand Wagoneer in April 2023. The A/C in the 2nd and third row works maybe half the time. Jeep has made eight or nine attempts to repair this issue. It still doesn't work. It has been in the repair shop more than 70 days since we owned it. I went through arbitration and the *** funded arbitrator sided with Jeep and said the vehicle worked as intended. We have now retained a Lemon Lawyer but *** has fought us all through this process. This vehicle is a nightmare. Jeep is unable to repair the vehicle and they refuse to buy it back or replace it. I would advise anyone to avoid purchasing a Jeep (***) vehicle. They love to sell you a $100K vehicle, but they certainly do not stand behind their products.

      I have a 2020 *********** with a delaminating leather dash that I have to see everytime I drive my $80,000 truck. 10 months ago I contacted ******* and they gave me the run-around until I gave up. Attempted this again, same situation. I have provided clear and quick information, quotes from the dealer, and have personally tried to make contact with ******* while at the dealer. Nothing is working! Seems like they are trained to make consumers give up so they dont have to dish out the money. Love the truck, but the company itself is a circus. I have less than ****** miles, this is ridiculous. I want my dash fixed and a little justice for my wasted time and effort. I have left work early to gather documents and dealer visits multiple times. How can I get my dash fixed?!!!!
