We have been doing business with Cordell's Tax facts for ten years now. Our complaint is the unprofessionalism of the business owner *************************** for the past two years. We submit our tax documents to her early during the tax filing year and for some reason, they aren't completed until just before the cut-off period to have taxes completed. This year has been the worst our taxes were never filed even though, we submitted our forms to ****** on February 18, 2021, and with no word from her we have had to chase her down to find out what's going on with our taxes. Until we get tired of chasing her and contacted the ******** State Treasure regarding our 2021 taxes and were told that they have no record of our taxes being filed. We then contacted the ************************ and were told that our 2021 taxes were never filed. But, we paid ****** to file our taxes. When ****** told us she filed. Then in the next breath, she stated they were kicked back due to original signatures being needed. We sent original signatures on March 22, 2022, and on March 25, 2022, so she sent us the documents and we signed on two different occasions. On April 3, 2022, the taxes kicked back and she needed other documents which we sent to her on April 6, 2022. On June 4, 2022, we get an email with our tax documents completed. On June 21, 2022, we received another email from ****** needing us to sign our tax documents again this is the third time so we print them and sign them again. On June 28, 2022, she told us she was in the neighborhood and would come by and pick up the tax paperwork. We were not home at the time. When I finally got home I reached out to ****** and she text back that she had a meeting to go to she never came by to pick up the paperwork. On June 29, 2022, we were fed up and ended up having to file our own taxes. On July 11, 2022, I informed her how displeased we were with her services overall and wanted half of our money back since she didn't file.
