My 1-year-old dalmation was having a medical emergency. BluePearl saw my dog on 02/03/2024. BluePearl only listed a few services for our price range. I asked for x-rays to know the problem with my dog and was denied due to me being forced to go with a certain plan due to pricing. They gave us two options and included X-rays on the most expensive plan but not the cheap one we were forced to go with, and when asked to get X-rays they said no. They said they knew it was definitely his prostate, that was too enlarged, and was given medication for it. When I asked if it was a bladder stone which is common in dalmations, the Vet told me I was wrong and it was definitely the prostate. They "scanned him" and saw his prostate was enlarged and had no bladder stone. I took my dog to another facility, where they did find a bladder stone and had x-rays done which showed his prostate to be normal-sized. BluePearl knew I was unable to pay over a certain amount and kept insisting I was to medically board my dog there for an undisclosed amount of time for an undisclosed amount of money. My dog was misdiagnosed and was set up to be euthanized the same day by BluePearl. I spoke with 3 different people that day and they all told me different information. One receptionist read off the doctor's notes over the phone stating info that was not relayed to me like how they knew it was a bladder stone due to the catheter not being able to be inserted but then told me it was his prostate. After seeing multiple reviews online for this place I now know many people like me have had the same experience. This place has been notified about my dog being alive and well and them misdiagnosing him but they are unwilling of any help. I followed the vet's orders at BluePearl which was to give my dog select medication I paid for including pain and anti-inflammatory for his prostate issue which was false. They had me believing in them and following their orders for it to all be wrong.
