On 12/27/2019 I spoke with Derick and was informed the cancellation requested would be completed by 1/9/22. I sent the required amount $150.00 by check (Noted Final Payment) which was cashed on 12/18/21. I received a statement showing no balance due and the posting of my check . On 1/28.22 I called the number on the stmt. ************. After on hold for 30 min I hung up and used text messaging. I texed with Charles who told me he would complete the cancellation. On 2/4/22 I spoke with Shane. She told me I had completed all steps required and transferred me to Situation Dept. After being on holed for over 1 hour I hung up, I called again that afternoon and spoke with Seshone who told me the dept. was closed and I should call ************ between 9am and 4pm est. Please have my cancellation effective 1/9/21
