I had a accident in my tow truck one of there customers hit me I been waiting to get my bodily injury check since April 5 2024 they keep saying someone will call me but they never do also my claim adjuster they said quit I need help getting my money I lost my job because of this incident and ** facing eviction I really need helpBusiness response

Todays date is 3/11/24 On January 28th I was rear ended at a stop light. We pulled over and got the peoples insurance which is this claims company. We filed a claim about a week later after getting a quote from a local body shop. We filed the claim through the insurance that was provided. We dropped our car on at the body shop and gave them all the insurance info. They contact the insurance and gave them the quote, which the insurance company sent a check for. After further inspection they found that the car actually needed more repairs than originally anticipated and raised the price of the repair with the insurance company. The insurance company as of today had yet to send the new check with the correct amount and is saying we will be responsible for it. We spoke to the vice president ************************* ********** He has yet to okay the change in price of my vehicle and I have now been without my vehicle for over a month. We have called this company including ******** at least 20 times with multiple messages with no call back.Business response

Prioris Claims Management Solutions to over the handling of claims from DMA on 2/5/24. ***************************** shop agreed to the supplement amount and it was also paid. The amount that ************************* owes is for damages unrelated to the accident.

I am rejecting this response because:Not only has my claim not been completed, it still is not complete. We came to an agreement regarding the previous damage, that portion is taken care of. However they have yet to send the supplement to fix the damage caused by this accident. We have called them at least 50 times since I have submitted this request. We have not been able to get a hold of anyone. The original person handling my claim was fired during the process, and they havent complete it. We were told by the vice president ********* that we would be receiving reimbursement for the rental car we had to get because of this accident, however I have paid 2k and have not received my reimbursement from them. We are waiting for them to send the $1,056 for the damage caused by THIS accident, and the rental car reimbursement that we have sent to them multiple times. I have now been without my vehicle for 6 weeks, and cant even get a call back from the claims department.
1-26-24 was when we sent them photos of the damage. How could they complete a claim the same day they got proof of it.The fact that they got my last name incorrect, pretty much sums this company up.
