    Junior plumbers came out to fix a clog. They couldn't and said their boss would follow up. Said boss never followed up. I near-spam call their number and finally get a call back from said boss, named Isaac, whose voice seemed annoyed that he had to deal with this. Isaac says he'll follow up tomorrow and come out to fix the issue. He never shows up the next day nor communicates that he can't make it. Never shows up nor communicates in the following days either. I call them and they say sorry and that Isaac will call me. He never does. I try again several days later to repeat the same shenanigans. It's been over 3 weeks since service was first requested; drain clogged still. I gave them tons of time and was extremely patient in waiting, but the complete lack of professionalism deserves a bad review. Can't even get my home warranty company to drop them and assign the work to another plumbing company. Absolute incompetence between this plumber and the warranty company.

    Again I am sorry we couldn't help you. As we informed you before your warranty company is who we work for. They do not cover your blockage as it's outside the home. Your contract with them clearly states that. Again we did everything on our power per OUR contract with the warranty company. It is my hope that you can get help as we know how horrible having plumbing issues is. Our advice to you is that you either drop your warranty company and go with a new one. Any further help we can offer you please let us know.

    The business's reply is straight up unethical. They never even came out to follow up on this and determine that this was the real problem. They just ran a snake and said didn't know what's wrong, made a guess, said boss would follow up, which he never did. Then they ignored all of my attempts to communicate. Just kept me wondering when they would follow up on their promise for weeks. This is an immensely unprofessional company. Beyond baffled at their lack of ethics.

    Again we do NOT work for YOU. We work for your warranty company. I'm sorry we will not engage in fraud when it comes to your sewer line. Your contract with the warranty company CLEARLY states that ONLY your homes interior plumbing is covered. We cannot and will not service items not covered. We will not say it's located inside. It's clearly 60 feet outside your home. Please take this issue up with American Hone Shield.

    Unbelievable the level of arrogance after showing ZERO ethics and professionalism. AGAIN, they sent junior plumbers out first to try the snake/auger and unclog the drain. Didn't work and they said the boss/foreman would follow up to send a camera down the drain and see what's wrong. THAT FOLLOW UP NEVER HAPPENED. Do you understand this? Does this not get through to you? Good lord. They NEVER SHOWED UP ANYMORE to do any more work. Then they claim that the AHS/warranty won't cover the work so they won't deal with it, DESPITE NOT ACTUALLY DETERMINING THAT TO BE THE ISSUE BY COMING OUT AND SENDING THE CAMERA DOWN THE DRAIN. For all we know, it could be just oil or hair buildup within the pipes in the confines of the home. Junior plumbers said they had no clue what's wrong. Then they determine without any camera or other inspection that "oh, the problem must be the line outside the house; no other problem could possibly be it, let's just ignore the customer's attempts to reach us and lie about this being the determined problem and completely leave the customer clueless about what's going on." So, in conclusion, they 1. didn't determine what caused the clog; 2. never communicated anything with me beyond what the junior plumbers said ("we don't know what's wrong") when they came out; 3. claimed/assumed that the cause of the clog was outside the home and that the warranty would not cover it; 4. kept me hanging dry for 2-3 weeks with zero communication. STOP MAKING STUFF UP. You didn't come out to determine what the actual problem is, PERIOD, end of story. New plumber will be coming out this week, and they will be getting that camera down the drain; I told them what happened here and they were baffled too. Enough said.
