I hired ************************* lawyer to handle my dad's estate when he passed away. My dad was in the middle of receiving my late grandmother's estate when he suddenly and unexpected passed away. I was his next of kin so I'm trying to get my grandmother's original estate of $13,500. I hired him to request the paperwork from probate court, have me sign it and disburse me the check. It's the fifth week into the matter and I still don't. I have many texts and messages proving my side as well. He intentionally delayed the process, and took 3 weeks to request paperwork from the courthouse all while lying and telling me were waiting on the courthouse, he told me he would call me the following week, never did. Come Friday at 8pm I reached out to him and expressed my doubts and anger and that I wanted the check and I'll have someone else take up the matter. His excuse was he was on vacation which I was never made aware of. After weeks of waiting I finally got to sign the papers and he told me himself he would file it the same day to get this done in time this week. Come the end of the week he told me court didn't process it and he would get ahold of me next week.. I called probate court and they said they have no records of neither mine, my grandma's or my dad's estate on hand and that my lawyer didn't drop them off there or they would have them. When asked he said "my Staff might not have been able to" when I told him I was done with the games and I needed to get this figured out today and that I can't wait any longer for the money I'm entitled to, he threatened to stop his service and give me the original check written to my dad and I quote "I can figure it out myself because he doesn't care" I said that's fine I'll come and get it and still haven't received my check.

As of march 2020 I have hired ****** Schisler to represent me on case. It has been almost two and a half years since the case started and is currently still active. At the beginning of hiring ****** it was made clear of the outcome I was looking for, ****** made it seem as if we were on the same page. After months on this case I have spent close to ten grand to ****** and only one receipt for $200 was received. There were more than a dozen times that I have tried to contact him about some type of receipt and his response was He would get it to me or he would change the subject which therefore left me with no response. I have gone to his office multiple times and spoke with his secretary about a receipt and the only thing ever said was she would relay the message. There would be months where ****** would not contact me back or would ignore my messages and calls. It just happened to be every time that he was on vacation. Every Time I went to his office his secretary would advise me that He wasn't in the office today. ****** had told me that my cases would be wrapped into one and would be receiving a deal on the 31st of May. On the 31st of May I showed up on time to my court date and he had pulled me into a room and informed me that his son was sick and he had to pick him up and he had spoken with the judge and that the following week I would be receiving the same deal and a new court date. On Monday June 6th I went into the courthouse to take care of a payment and was informed I had bench warrants due to missing court on the 31st of May. I informed the secretary at the courthouse that I was in fact there and informed her of the situation that happened. The Secretary was just as confused on what was going on. She then removed and rescheduled them and said I should look into BBB and gave me copies of each bench warrant. ****** has still yet to give me any proof of the rest of my receipts and a motion is in file to remove him from my case. Below there is income Proof.
