To whom it may concern, On the dates of December 20,2020 thru January 7,2022 I attended this three CNA training course. I was informed that by the end I would receive my certificate of completion and I would be able to register and take my state exam to be come a licensed CNA. After the completion of this class, which was actually January 13, 2022 due to an issue with the clinical program, I went home and tried to register with Prometrics for the exam. I was then told after speaking with them on the phone, the school nor their licensing number existed in their system. I called the school to try and get this resolved right away, because I had been informed on numerous occasions by the instructor that most students have this problem, so I was hoping there would be a quick resolution. Upon talking to the school I was told I need to call the state Representative, ***********************, and call their licensing person, ***************, I did both of this and this issue has gone on for over a week now. I asked for my money back due to the fact that I feel this was not a trust worthy program and I will go take the class else where. They refused to speak to me about a refund and insisted that I needed to call these people again. I paid money to attend this class, not call representatives and figure out their licensing issues, I am extremely worried for anyone else who attends this class, because they know they have issues with their license yet continue to push people through.
