Order part from them.Found out I did not need product.Emailed called them on 3 different numbers.One had no room for any more messages.The company is a BIG SCAM.I ask to leave a star rating.But they don't deserve a rating.

Sold me a product, took my money, never shipped the product. Wont return calls or emails. Dont buy anything from them. ****, Fraud, Hoax.

Ordered a part in May of 2022 and never received it. No one ever answered the phone or returned an email! They are committing wire fraud and need to be investigated and arrested!

I ordered some camping jacks from this company. It took a long time to actually set up an account. I put my order in and I never got any confirmation from the company. I emailed and phoned him and never got an answer or an email back. I did finally get a call and the person said they were having problems with the website. I told him some of the problems on the website that I had. He said he was going to have that fixed. I did receive the jacks in a timely matter but did not know they were even sent. I never got a confirmation or tracking number. I then wanted to order another pair of jacks. I put the order in but said do not send them until I get confirmation by email or phone. I called and emailed probably over 20 times with no response. I left messages on everyone of his 4 options, no return calls. I emailed at least a dozen times over a week and no response. I have tried to log into the website over and over. It does not allow you to log in. I am returning the first set of jacks, because I want to be able to return them if there is a problem, but since I can't get hold of him I am just going to purchase them through a reputable company that actually will answer the phone or respond by email. If for some reason he is going to be out of the office for an extended period of time he could put that on his phone recording. No matter where he would be it is easy enough to reply to an email anywhere in the world. I believe there is a serious problem with this company. I will not order again from them unless I actually could get through to someone by phone or email.

Beware! This is a scam company! Kept getting the (We are processing your order thing) and no item!

This company is a scam don't ever order anything. Report them everywhere.

SCAM!!!!! I placed an order on April 1, 2022 IMMEDIATELY the order was processed and took the money out of our account. Received an email stating the order was processing. I have emailed and called leaving a detailed message every time and NO RESPONSE!!! NO PRODUCT!!! All I have to say is KARMA!!!

Awful, took my money in November and did not send product. They will not return calls or answer phones on any lines.

Just like all the other complaints they took my money in Dec now Mar still no product. They answered one phone call and said the product was on backorder and I would get it in January know they will not answer my calls. Just want my 300 dollars back.

Ordered product on December 9, 2021 and my credit card was charged immediately. Received an email my order had been received and was being processed. Contact business on January 19, 2022 and informed product is on back order and expected to arrive on February 4th. Call and leave message regarding update on February 7th. No response. It is now February 17th and have not been able to get a response after numerous attempts to contact.Save yourself the grief and aggravation avoid United Outdoor Supply completely.
