              I bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator back in 2021 and have had the same issue of it filling up with water and the freezer icing up since shortly after purchase. I have had the repairman out and nothing has changed. A ****** search of my issues shows several other people with the same exact problem. There is definitely a manufacturing issue with this refrigerator. Whirlpool said they wont do anything until 10% of their customers complain about this issue.

              Bought a new whirlpool refrigerator, compressor went up within 2 months. Whirlpool made me wait over a month while they tried to find a part. Then they call me and say a part will not work. They offer me an exchange, but of course they have no models in stock that are similar. So now I have to settle for a lesser refrigerator, which won't even be delivered for another 3-4 weeks! Horrible company to deal with, does not sympathize with customers at all. All said and done I'll have been without a refrigerator longer than I had it!
