      On June 3,2024 I called whirlpool warranty because my fridge stopped working, I have warranty on it for 5 years and they sent Aries repairs. ***** repairs has came out 7 times in total and they tell me they dont know what else to do regarding repairs because they have done their part and they dont understand why whirlpool keeps sending them to repair it when they feel its not repairable. Every time I call whirlpool to ask them whats happening with the fridge issue they blame it on Aries that I need to deal with them because there the ones repairing it . I call ***** left messages and they never get back to me . So I call whirlpool again and every representative tells me a different thing they even argue and get very disrespectful and even tell me there going to hang up cause its not their problem. They have left me without a working fridge until now. Since June3rd Ive lost all my food from the freezer and fridge and I have been using coolers waiting for my fridge to get replaced or repaired. Today 8-5-2024 Aries repairs was supposed to come out again for the eight time and they didnt . So I dont know what else to do . I told them I have 3 kids and I have medication that needs to be kept in the fridge but whirlpool just tells me they waiting on Aries repairs to see what there going to do. Recently I spoked with a lady name ********* from whirlpool and she had told me my case was closed because I had a working fridge already I told her how can they close my case when my fridge still not working, like always they say let me see the notes and then come up with well were going to contact ***** to go out again . This has been going on for 2 months and no one seems to help me. I paid warranty for nothing I guess. Seems like I just got robbed because they basically can care less about leaving me and my kids without a working fridge for months. Please help me on contacting them and see if there able to find a solution so I can have a working fridge thank you

      I cannot get through to a real person at KitchenAid to ask a question about detergent for the KitchenAid dishwasher we bought in November 2023. I called the customer service number FOUR separate times, trying a different option each time, even though none of the options fit my needs. On the fourth try, I got an agent in parts who of course could not help me, but she could not transfer me to anybody appropriate, either. It was super frustrating and a waste of time.We have been very unhappy with our dishwasher and are already working with Customer Resolution at the Best Buy Geek Squad, but I need to be able to ask a simple question to a knowledgeable person there about detergent. The pods we have been using are horribly perfumed and something is leaving an invisible residue on our glasses, so we have to rinse them at least 5 times after they come out of a full wash in the dishwasher just to get the bubbles to go away. I have photos I would like to send high-level administrator at KitchenAid. We have been unable to resolve this problem resulting in a waste of water and time. It would take less water to just hand wash the glasses.

      On Jan 10 2024 i bought a brand new whirlpool refrigerator for 1800$ from *********** In June of 2024 the fridge compressor and other components failed. I have been waiting over a month for the parts so my fridge can get fixed by their service provider company called VIA, under their 1 yr limited warranty. 10 days ago on July 19th I was told the part was shipped. Today July 29th I was told the part is on backorder and they have no clue when the part will even be available to ship. What I want from whirlpool is for them to send me a new fridge, come get this broken one and replace with a new fridge. Since they can't tell me if this part is on back order for 3 months 6 months or even a year. If they don't want to give me a new fridge (same model) then refund my money plz.

      Whirlpool had continued to give me a different story each time I call regarding the compressor for my refrigerator, which they are covering the expense of part and labor. I lost all contents in fridge beginning of June. Ive called 10+ times needing help, updating status, etc. each time a different story. I cant believe what they tell me. I have no reason to. Meanwhile, they have not kept their word, terrible and unreliable logistics of so called ordered part. Its is ordered, its not, it was canceled and dont know why, wait ***** business days-told that twice , part is not available until 9/30 and then today oh it was ordered 7/19. If you dont receive it in 7-10 bus. Days call back. Well, that makes the 3rd time Ive been told that. Runaround is all this so. Totally unacceptable. Never ever buying this again or anything from whirlpool products. Do better!! You claim youre the best and its been the worst.

      I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator Model WRT106TFVWOZ and Serial Number ********** on July 1, 2023 from American Freight, *******, ********. On Janaury 19, 2024, my refrigerator went out and I lost $200 worth of food. I called America Freight who stated I had to call Whirlpool, which I did. Whirlpool sent someone out who stated I needed a new compressor, it was ordered and repaired on February 2, 2024. June 06, 2024 - my refrigerator went out again, I lost $250 worth of groceries. I called Whirlpool again, and they came out and said it was the compressor again, they had to order the part. They made the repair on June 24, 2024. July 12, 2024 - my entire refrigerator went out again, losing all the groceries worth approx $200. I called Whirlpool again, and the repairman name **** from Platinum repair came out and pulled a number Service number **********. He stated I again needed a hose flush and new Compressor. This is 3 compressors in less than a year, and over $750 in lost groceries for someone retired. July 16, called Whirlpool was transferred and left on hold for over 45 minutes. Just to be told by **** that they only thing they could do is offer a 20% discount on an upgrade refrigerator or they will be out to repair it on August 6, 2024. I am stuck with out a refrigerator and no options so I had to relent to them.

      On 8/26/23 I purchased I a whirlpool combo washing machine on 8/26/2023 for $941.37 The machine was manufactured in June of 2023. Within 4 months of using it, it began malfunctioning by not getting rid of the water at the end of the cycle. I reached out to whirlpool customer service on over 12 different times. They have sent 2 different companies to try fix the machine. They have been to my residence on over 5 occasions with a new motor but none of them have been able to fix it. To date I am still without a working machine . The last time they came was May29. 2024. They say theyre waiting for another parts and even though I kept calling them, they still havent come out. The last time they came with a new motor they says its overheating.Please let me know what recourse I have to get Whirl pool to get the problem resolved.I have been unable to use the machine for about 7 months now.       Purchased a Whirlpool Fridge through Lowes on 1/6/24, delivered on 2/12/24. Stopped cooling on 7/26/24. Model- WRB322DMBM, ****************. Lowes is not the problem. Whirlpool is. They are not willing to help, but I am out an additional $450, food, ability to store food etc.At 11 AM on 7/26 I open freezer to get out food to thaw for dinner to notice it was thawed already. Freezer thermometer read 56 degrees. I called customer service but after waiting for 25 minutes on hold I immediately called appliance repair due to it being a Friday and I knew I would have to wait being a rural coastal town and had to get something scheduled asap before things closed for the weekend. By a miracle someone was willing to come out that day and was near. They found it was the main control board that would need to be replaced. They ordered the part and scheduled install for Tuesday 7/30/24. Getting this rolling was first priority. The total price would be $450 and completed with only 4.5 days without a fridge. After waiting the additional 30+ minutes after he left, Whirlpool # said they would only help if I used their authorized dealer that is 4+ hours away in *******, **. First available day 8/9/24. I requested an escalation review, and a voicemail was left that said the 15 day plus waiting for *************** is the only way they will help. They want me to wait 15 days to get someone here, but that doesn't even mean fixed, just to diagnose. This can't be cheaper than my local fix.Whirlpool doesn't pay for the payment of our already lost food, future loss of food when using a cooler, or the inability to properly feed a family of 4 during that long time period. They ignore the ease of going faster with using someone in the area due to circumstances, not preference. They don't authorize repairmen anywhere near here. They should pay for this repair, not question. The fridge is less than 6 months old and they condone the 15+ days of loss in using our fridge. Unacceptable.

      Whirlpool stove Model Number:WFE320M0JS0 Stove turns on and off by itself glass top has burned my 65 year old mother and myself. When contacted whirlpool they want us to pay 500 for a lower grade stove than what we had. Then said they could maybe replace it with another model since they no lonfer make our model. every model we pick they said was unavailable which is not true on their website. Our electricity bill has been. Through the roof we had to turn Off our stove. This is horrible customer service they have a history or not reporting to proper channels and had a lawsuit before in 2019 for the same issue I am having with this model which they had to pay over a million dollars for harming consumers and brushing it under the rug. This is a fire hazard and a human safety hazard on top of all of this it is poor customer service and retention policies. I am requesting a full replacement with a better model or at least a decent discount on any one that I choose. The life span of a whirlpool stove us ***** years the fact that it has caused serious hard and hazard within 2 years is highly concerning. This is an easy fix and I hope this time they report this to the proper channels of authority. Before this becomes another civil case. They discontinued this model for a reason and it is unfair to hide this information from consumers where someone can potentially die or be fataly injured from their mistakes. I've attached my burn, my email from them my options for replacment which they denied all of them. And can give more information if needed.

      We purchased a high end JennAir dishwasher in 2020; two years into ownership, in 2022, the control board and console stopped working. We figured this was a fluke, only to discover that in July 2024, the same problem happened again. I find it unacceptable that Whirlpool is only covering the parts for this repair - I'm not an appliance technician and should not have to pay for the service call or install either, especially since this is the second time in four years that the machine has had the same identical issue. I feel this should be covered by Whirlpool or the dishwasher should be replaced in its entirety since it is a lemon.

      I purchased all new appliances in May of 2023 for my newly remodeled kitchen. Believing that I had purchased top of the line Whirlpool appliances, I added the extended warranty only to the refrigerator and the range, and not the microwave and the dishwasher. Almost exactly 1 month after the 1 year warranty on the products the dishwasher started leaking. The first time it leaked it went under my new cabinets damaging the kickplate and I have no idea how much damage there is under the cabinets to my flooring. I called the appliance dealer where I bought it and they said there is nothing they could do because it was 1 month out of warranty. They told me to call Whirlpool directly. They agreed to repair it so they sent their certified repair person to my home. 4 visits later and a lot more water under my cabinets as well as the hassle of a repair person in my home 4 weeks in a row. Dishwasher is still leaking and repair person said they will not do anything about until their repair person has been in my home 6-7 times. Unbelievable! More water and damage to my home. I want them to replace the dishwasher in hopes that a new one will not do this. I will never purchase another Whirlpool product and that is basically all the I have owned. I am hoping that this will help someone in the future to think before you buy any Whirlpool appliance. I am out $1000 because I will have to purchase a new dishwasher. Very sad day in my home. The model number is KDPM604KPS.

      Thank you so much for following up on my complaint. I did get a phone call from a Whirlpool executive but I did not answer because it was from a Toll Free Number so I did not answer fearing it was a scam. I did return the phone call and left a message for him to call me back and have not heard a word. I will try calling again today and see if he will call me back.
