Heather and her crew at Spotless Hospitality are excellent! We use them for our short term rentals. They are punctual and thorough. Heather and her team have been working at my home for about a year. They help me on a bi-monthly basis or when we are renting our home they are here every week to help us do the turn-overs for our guests. I really can't say enough about the quality of work and work ethic of this company. They come in and they are all business. All the team works together and knows exactly what their part of the house is. The house shines when they are finished. They are always open to suggestions when they do things a little differently than I do and they are happy to make the changes. This summer my long time house cleaners had an accident and told me in May that they couldn't work at all this summer. I didn't know what I was going to do. I called Heather and she told me not to worry that she would fill in their dates. I was really in shock knowing how busy their summers schedule is. She said she would make it work and she did! I love this cleaning company and I almost hate to leave this review because I don't want to share them! I am truly blessed to have them as part of my life.Review from Carolyn T

The ladies at Spotless Hospitality are conscientious and kind...and above all else, they are reliable cleaners! They are the cleaning team for a large, 10 occupant rental that I manage in Lake Leelanau, and they consistently show up to do the work as expected. They notify us when things are amiss or if things need to be replaced. They make every effort to accommodate our special needs and requests. They are my go-to team and I can't recommend them enough.Review from Jo H

Heather and her team are very conscientious. I am very fussy and they meet my expectations and more. Whether they are helping me out with a regular cleaning, or a seasonal deep cleaning, they clean everything I ask them to clean and they do a great job.
