In August of 2022 I was let go from my job and utilized benefits through my credit union for my credit card and car loan. Recently, due to my husbands medical issues I have been let go from my job as of 4/30/24. I called the credit union to utilize my benefits and they stated I had them for the credit card, not the car note. I informed them of that being incorrect and have been given the runaround about benefits. I have talked to *** in collections and have been hung up on and lied to stating he submitted the paperwork to Minnesota life, to which I called the company weeks later when honor locked my account due to late payments on the car note and found out NOBODY submitted the paperwork they claimed to submit. I then started working with a woman named ****** in collections who hasnt returned my call for almost three weeks now. My credit report is getting marked late, and this has been going on since April. We are almost into August. I want all of the calls pulled regarding this. This has been an absolute nightmare. We cant take care of other serious matters when were constantly worried our vehicle is going to get repossessed or our accounts are going to get frozen due to multiple errors on the credit unions end. We have been with honor since 2017-2018 and at this point its proven to be worth nothing to be a member for 6-7 years. Please contact me immediately to resolve these issues.
