            I purchased a myCharge cell phone charger from an **** store at cost of $59.99. The charger does perform as advertised. I contacted the **** store but was told the device I purchased was beyond the 2 week window of replacement or refund and I needed to contact myCharge. I sent my Charge an e-mail (as no phone number is available for customer service) on Oct. 14 and was informed via e-mail from myCharge that I would be contacted with ***** hours. I never received the call from myCharge and reached out again on Oct.31 to no avail. I am seeking a full refund since this phone charger does not work as advertised. The charger is advertised as being able to charge itself and the phone simultaneously but it does not perform this function; the device in fact drains the phone it is trying to charge.
