            I did jobs for Advanced Design Restoration all jobs were ran by a director of operations *********************. All my bids and prices were gone over with ********************* when me and him agreed to a price I would do the job as I email all buds to the company email as all job were done with complete satisfaction of all homeowners and passed all inspections..I requested to get paid witch is a total of 29,600$ ****************** then decided to tell me I have to wait 30 days this was back on March 10th 2023 here it is May 24th and I still haven't been paid.

            I dont know where to begin with this company and ****(owner). We are currently to the point of having criminal charges sought due to the malicious and deliberate actions of this business. We had a house fire that started due to a neighbors house catching fire. We had significant smoke and water damage. We contacted with **** and ADR for removal of all interior personal property. This was 5 months ago. We still to date have no estimate and have had no status updates on progress. Constantly getting the run around or flat out ignoring our calls, texts, and emails. After a month of being persistent in answers from ****, his only response on one out of multiple calls/texts/emails is that he is ready to reengage. Im not sure what that means? Reengage with what? Youve never been engaged, beside the first day we signed up with you. Im going to make every effort to inform people about the terrible business practices of this man and his company ADR. TO TOP IT OFF, one of his own employees quit after 1year of working for **** and explained how terrible **** was to work for/with on projects and could never meet timelines or provide information.
