      I purchased a gift certificate from this business and they would not allow me to use it. I scheduled a massage service and was shockingly forced to pay an additional $75 for the service after it was completed and was embarrassed by the staff in front of other customers. Management/ownership should honor their gift certificates as they are just scamming customers in a shameful manner.

      I signed up for a membership and unfortunately due to my work schedule, I was not able to really make many appointments so I was wasting money paying for the membership. I chose to cancel the membership on 8/17/22 and misunderstood what the associate was telling me regarding the 60 days I had to use my last service which I had already paid for. I thought it was 60 days from my cancellation date. I called to schedule an appt and found out that I could not. I was told that a manager would reach out but I ended up having to call twice the following week because no one ever did. Finally spoke to the manager today to explain the misunderstanding and she was extremely rude and uncaring. Her words; "did you not sign it? you're supposed to read it".....Instead of cursing her out I CALMLY asked for corporate's number and she said I have to e-mail them and they will forward to corporate. I have never experienced such unprofessional trash before. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Money gone down the drain, and then talked to in a nasty manner from management. Just ridiculous to say the least.
