So, I've been a member of this website for a few months I'd say. I managed to recently redeem something after a lot of hours on surveys. However, the next time I had free time and took surveys, I noticed that they ran out.Not thinking too much on it and figuring I ended up exhausting my surveys for a bit, I waited. A week and still no surveys. Not really realizing anything, I decided to ask if I could change my emails due to my Paypal email being different, and how my Gmail was going to fill up soon.After a bit of messaging over the week and weekend, I'm bluntly told that: Hello,We apologize for the inconvenience! We have been reviewing our clients research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our research. Consequently, your account was terminated, and no other survey invitations have been sent to you.Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards, according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel. This decision was made for market research purposes only, and were sorry if it caused you any inconvenience. I have heard of these type of complaints on Reddit, but I have about **** (around $18) points still in my account! I spend hours on that and they refuse to even let me redeem my points after that?!Ridiculous.
