Products and Services
We sell photos, prints, printed merchandise such as cups, calendars, bags, and shirts featuring the photography that we have done for our customers. We also sell custom made digital backgrounds for Green Screen Photography.
Payment Methods
  • We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Checks (received in advance).
Refund and Exchange Policy
  • Upon signing a contract agreement, Paul Patton and Green Path Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon. In the event that a Reservation Deposit is required, it is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or cancelled for any reason, including Acts of God, fire, strike
    and/or extreme weather. The Reservation Deposit is applied towards the contract and is to be paid in full in accordance with the terms as stated in the contract.
    In the event that Paul Patton and Green Path Photography is unable to fulfill it's obligation as stated in the contract due to: illness, emergency, accident, or Act of God, every effort will be made to find a suitable photography replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, the payment(s) made to
    Paul Patton and Green Path Photography will be refunded in full, and return of the payment(s) shall be the entire obligation stated in the contract. No other damages or guarantees of any kind
    are recognized or warranted. In the event that the client(s) reschedule the event and Paul Patton and Green Path is able to rebook the original event date, Paul Patton and Green Path Photography will amend the event date in the contract and client(s) will receive credit for all monies paid
    up to the date client(s) requests the event be rescheduled. In the event that
    the client(s) reschedules the event and Paul Patton and Green Path Photography is NOT able to
    rebook the original event date, Paul Patton and Green Path Photography will amend the
    event date in the contract and client(s) will forfeit the Reservation Deposit (if the contract requires a Reservation Deposit), but receive credit for all other monies paid up to the date client(s) requests the
    event be rescheduled. Client should note that the Reservation Deposit will
    not then be available to apply toward their final installment. In the event that the
    client (s) cancels the event outright, Client will forfeit all monies paid up to
    the date client(s) notifies Paul Patton and Green Path Photography that the event is cancelled.
    Cancellation must be in writing (print or email) even if a phone call was made to
    inform Paul Patton and Green Path Photography of the cancellation.
