    Work on project started late July of 2022. There was a delay in getting product from the manufacturer of the block. What was actually happening behind the scenes, ****** purchased a lawn cutting business. He asked if we could purchase the block because he didn't have the funds available (which would have caused delay). We purchased the block and pavers (part of original contract) and work started on that area mid September, The block wall that they constructed to the north of our house had to be done three times before it was correct. The east wall had to be done twice. Proper equipment like a transit was not being utilized to ensure the walls were correct. We brought one in so that they could see what was right and wrong. Work progressed a bit more and then came to a standstill in late October. We put an initial $6,511 deposit and the rest due at completion, We gave an additional $10,000 at the beginning of November. From Nov. 3rd to Dec. 14th ****** is claiming that there is an outstanding $12,519 due. We have several text messages documenting their lack of presence on the job site. He would like us to pay for Overhead, equipment rentals and hours that were never worked.The first part of January, weather was good to work on the project but ****** did not. On January 11, 2023 I sent a Termination Agreement for Vinnie to sign. We felt that it would be mutually beneficial to terminate the relationship because of our dissatisfaction of his lack of workmanship, craftsmanship and ability to properly do the job. ****** has now placed a Claim of Lien on our house for what he believes he is owed. We are looking for a simple resolution to part ways. The stress and dissatisfaction and lack of confidence has truly worn us down. ****** has stated that he will seek legal counsel after February 15th if we do not pay. We would like a peaceful resolution. Can you help facilitate this? We have documentation. Best to email if possible.

    This company installed sod on my lawn without leveling and grading. It will now cost me double to get it fixed. They have not returned any calls or messages and have refused to honor the contract that they will fix the issue. Please save yourself the headache and do not hire them.
