We reached out to Seaside Seawalls in the summer of 2022 after 3 landscaping companies had failed to even show up to do our stone steps from a path alongside our house to the back yard. We had randomly stumbled upon their ****** profile and saw some of the photos of the waterfront projects and figured it wouldn't hurt to give them a call ( for our non lake job ).Seaside came out, assessed the project, gave us a quote and showed up ON TIME! We couldn't have had a better experience.After 2 years we are extremely satisfied with our steps, people constantly make comments, they look awesome! The price was fair, right in the middle of our previous contractors that failed to show up.

I went under contact w Seaside Seawalls in June 2021. Price tag was $12,500. I asked if the dock installation could be completed for a planned family gathering on July 4th. I was told "Yes". Two weeks prior to July 4th I called the office to ask when they plan to begin the work. My inquiry resulted in a phone call from Arron Wallace (President). Arron told me with only two weeks remaining he could not get the promised job done on time. Arron stated he was having trouble w/ his work crew (red flag) and that "I'll just give you your money (deposit) back. I then called the office to inquire about the refund Aaron promised the office staff stated that they needed to talk to "the big guy" which was Aaron even though I already had spoken with him. It took almost a month of constant phone calls to get my deposit check back. To my surprise the check I received was reduced by a whooping 30%! The Memo stated: "30% restocking fee due to customer terminating contract and hiring a new contactor and requested refund". Ah no. Actually this company promised a service, did not deliver when expected and actually offered to refund my full deposit money back. So I got cheated out of $1,900 and Arron gets free money for being behind on promised work and got in a pinch because for a problem crew he had to babysit. I didn't terminate the contract nor asked for any money back. Arron you offered to but didn't tell me you were going to keep 30%. That's so disingenuous sir. I am very dissatisfied with this entire experience.
