I ordered a two-piece matching set from Knotless Kay as a Christmas gift on 12/09/21. A one-piece gift arrived on 12/17/21 that was not the color I ordered and did not include its matching piece. I wrote to Knotless Kay telling them there was a problem and asking if I could get the right items before Christmas since it was a gift. I received one response telling me they would correct the problem but was never responded to again. I wrote them several times via email and their website. They even sent me promotional text messages to which I responded asking them to kindly send me my first order or give me a refund. To this day, Knotless Kay has neither responded to me, sent me my order, or refunded my money.Initial Complaint

In May/June of this year I ordered 10 bonnets and only received one. I spent about ******. I have them several times. **** said they would send me the rest of my items but I have not received them. I havr asked for a refund, no response. I would like the rest of my order but if not i would like a refund. I believe it is a scam.
