            This owner is very rude when he answers, which isn't often. He takes Months to actually send out your replacement batteries. Does not follow his warranties and charges outrageous amounts of money. I was waiting for almost two months for him to send a replacement collar to me, after the fact he sent me a faulty one. So in that time my dog had gotten off his leash 23 times, I spent hours hunting him down, got into a fight with a raccoon and badly hurt. I finally received the replacement box for the collar today and today's date it 8/2/22, when I had mailed out the defective one on 6-18-2022...after all the damage has been done to my dog and the countless hours I lost looking for him, which also cause me to be late for work 10+ times. The finishing problem I have this company/owner is he attached the electric fence box to a complexly old, nasty, dingy, dog covered collar and I paid almost $300 for this collar alone!!! Not even getting into the outrageous amount I spent on installation. This company needs to be reevaluated and honesty would not recommend them to anyone with animals!!!
