      We shipped our lower unit to All American Drive Services and paid $2,242.00 for repairs to be made and have not heard anything from them. Their voicemail is full and are not emailing back either.

      I contracted All American Drive Service (****) to rebuild a Mercruiser Bravo 3 X outdrive with modification to a phase 2 **** package. My outdrive was dropped off by me personally for repair on 6/20/22 to the **** located in ******************. Full cash payment for rebuild/phase 2 package to be performed was provided to ***************************** (presented himself as the owner) in the amount of $4,475.00. There was no communication between ******/**** except for 1 time I contacted and spoke to ****** on 6/30/22. On 8/31/22 I attempted to reach ****** with no success. On 3/23/23 I sent **** an email to the email address listed on the website and also submitted a notification of the email in the contact us section of their website. Note: ****** had no issue answering message from the website before he took my cash payment. There was no response to my email. On 3/31/23 I drove 3 hours to arrive at **** to pick up my drive and receive a full refund per my email sent 3/23/23. My drive parts were made available to me with no work performed by ****. I was told by ****** that I would not receive a refund on that day and that his wife ***** who owns the business handles issuing refunds and that she would be in contact. I followed up on 4/3/23 with an email and submission on the website contact us section that i had picked up my parts but was still pending a full refund and I had not been contacted by ******, *****, or anyone from ****. It is now 5/10/23 that I am filing this complaint due to no contact or refund from **** or anyone associated with the business. A simple ****** search yields that there are others in the same situation as myself that are leaving public reviews stating similar experiences. This business continues to mislead customers and basically steal money from people. Please take appropriate action to resolve my complaint and also stop others from being taken advantage of.Thanks in advance,*********************************

      I think the BBB needs to get more involved with the company that calls themselves All American Drive Company of ******* ******** . You have previous claims against them, they hold an "F" rating and they are a scam. ***************************** are having people ship their outdrives to them collect the money in full and then are never heard from again. I have had this same problem. He has the excuse of American parts are not available, only Chinese, if you want that it will shorten your warranty to 6 months, then when you tell him fine go ahead, then all of a sudden they are not available. I told ***************************** that I have in my possession every part needed and it took a total of 1 to 3 days to get, he laughed and said ya Chinese, even though they are all American parts. He goes, well they just call them American.Simply put he has my money and outdrives and will not return either. A long search on the internet and even the BBB site reveals this is all he does, I.E. Take peoples money and their property and then disappears. He bragged about on April 28th 2023 that he only has 9 law suits open at the moment and only lost one so far.

      Paid $8000 for refurbished Bravo 3 drives on July 26th. Supposed to get them in Oct. Last contact with ****** was early January. He will not return calls, emails or text.

      I originally hired ****** from All American Drive Service in October 2020 to do some work on my outdrive (boat part). I made a $2300 deposit at this time. After back and forth communication, I have yet to receive my outdrive and the last I have heard from ****** was on 1/26/2022. I have left him several emails/voicemails and have yet to get a response in the last year. My most recent email/voicemail on 1/6/22 requested a refund or I would be pursuing legal action. Once again, there has been no response from All American Drive Service.

      I paid the company $5,632 to repair a broken boat part (Mercruiser Bravo 3 outdrive), sell the repaired drive, and send me the proceeds from the sale. I shipped the drive to them in October 2021, and sent full payment in November 2021. They have done nothing, claiming supply chain delays. I want them to refund my money and ship the drive back to me.Attached is a letter with further details. I would appreciate your help.
