Amazon has turned into a complete joke over the last 2 years. Even more so over the last 6 months. The delivery drivers clearly only need a license and a pulse to deliver. And the people at the fulfillment centers are thieves. This is insane to me that Im on the phone almost every day for packages that dont come when theyre supposed to, dont come at all because theyre lost or stolen, or the newest thing yet, theyre stealing stuff out of the boxes before they even put it in an Amazon packaging?!!? What kind of low life do you have to be??? If you work for Amazon, you shouldnt be broke, you should be able to afford your own emerald **** earrings! How the h*** does Amazon even justify this? Now I dont have my friends birthday gift, and I dont have my money back, but Im waiting for a replacement. What, so someone can steal those too??? Amazons resolve for these issues are also **** poor. ***** even more when the facilities that 90% of my packages are coming from, are in the same state I reside in, but Amazon still cant seem to make people do their JOB! This company has turned to complete garbage. From customer service, 3rd party sellers, management, all the way to employee qualifications. Company turned into a s***hole. Online shopping should NOT be a RISK you have to take, just to have something delivered to your home if you dont have a car or any outside help. I pay for crime for what? Just for some coupons?! Its starting to feel like a scam at this point.
