This shop misdiagnosed my truck three times, they changed my fuel ************ charge me 350.00$ The initial quote was 480.00$ **** told me that my problem was coming from my fuel lines so they changed them & called told me that my truck was ready on 12-22-22 he told me that he test drove it and said everything is running great! so I stop by the shop & paid him & picked up my truck, but before I left the parkinglot of the shop my truck started doing the same thing it was doing before I dropped it off so we pushed it back into shop and he told me that he was going to figure the problem out that night but that never happened. & then he misdiagnosed my truck again and I was supposed to get my truck back before Christmas Eve that never happened, I called him and he told me that he was gonna come to the shop on the 26th & fix it.. I gave him the whole day & then I called ******** never answer my call so my truck had set at his shop for a whole 8days, so I called from my home ****** **** answered on the first ring But when I would call him from my phone number that he has it goes straight to voicemail, so I just told him This is unprofessional and I just want my ************************************* money back and Im going to another shop. **** told me that he was coming to shop that day.. **** never showed up!! so the next day I told them that I was gonna call the police and come to the shop and pick my car up and my money my keys because this is getting out of control now.. so today 12-29-22 I called the police & went to the shop to pick up my ****************************** **** still wasnt at the shop.. so they saw me on there cameras sitting outside the shop for an hour waiting on the police to come and then they sent someone over for me to get my truck out and then they called me so I asked them about my money For the services that they couldnt provide for me I explained to them that my truck was mixed diagnose four times on their watch the next thing I know they start calling me the **word!
