            Approximately 2 years ago we had our roof replaced at a cost of $14,000. The company that did the work was Armored Roofing & Construction. We were in the process of selling our home late April of 2024, and the buyers wanted an inspection. The inspector sent pictures and a report saying the kick out flashing was required at three different locations. I contacted Armored Roofing, they sent ***********************************, their project manager out around May 6 or 7. He said they installed the roof properly and the inspector was wrong. He said he knew what the inspector wanted, and could fix it for $1000.00. I asked him to give me a better price. He left and I sent him a copy of the contract. I never heard from Armored again. I hired another roofing contractor, Mr.Roof and he charged me $995.00 to bring the roof up to code. He also said that Armored Roofing did not install per code. We needed the roof repaired in order to close on the house. Pictures are attached and email asking that we repair the kick-out flashing.

            Armored Roofing and Construction did a wonderful job reshigling our roof. They have a great crew and the quote was in my budget. I had three previous quotes and ARMORED was most reasonable. Great company. thank you Randy, Adam, and Kabe for your expertise and great communication.
