On April 21, 2024 I subscribed to the Wax and ************** On April 29, 2024 I was given a **** tracking number **********************. This parcel was never received by the post office. The owner ********************* was contacted by email and she did respond and blamed the post office but said she would send it on May 13, 2024. She did not nor would she refund my money. I also purchase insurance so there is no reason she should not of sent my paid for order. She has a history of this. I have copies of our email correspondence. This business should be closed and stopped from scamming customers.Initial Complaint

I have contacted left messages emails my phone number phone number many other top many many times she never gets back to me. I paid for this item January 3rd I downloaded the site that she told me to *** says label created never being sent I keep contacting her she never responds it's so annoying just send me a **** card prepaid **** card and give me my money backInitial Complaint

I placed an order for a candle on 11-18-21 and I got an order confirmation right away but nothing since. On the website it says that the turn around time to be shipped out is 2-3 days and being that I am only about 2 hours away I though I would have had it long before now. I have emailed them 4 times and have had absolutely no response back. At this point I'm getting very frustrated by all of this and would just like to have this resolved once and for all.Customer response

Thank you for checking into this for me. I have since emailed them again and called and left a message with out any response back.
They seem to have good reviews but I have gotten nowhere with them.
