      I have the same issue many others have stated. I ordered a knife based on online reviews, their website and being veteran owned. My date of purchase was 7.11.24 and as of 7.19.24 I have received no follow up to any requests and the order still shows as not shipped, only submitted. I Addition, the website started there would be free shipping and I was charged $10 shipping at checkout. This definitely seems to be a scam. I've contacted them 3 times via email using their online form as well as replying to their messages. I've also contacted them on Instagram with no response although they post daily. I'll be reporting them on IG as well. Avoid this company as they will only take your money.

      I ordered a Silver Hunter knife from Hyperblades on June 4, 3024. Confirmation #MKP9MX5YX and paid $15.00. I have yet to receive any follow-up information. No emails nor tracking number. I have sent two messages through their contact form on the website with no response. I have a screenshot of my order and can proof of payment out of my account. I need a resolution on this matter.

      I ordered two Knives from them on 5/10/2024 its now been almost 3 weeks with no shipping confirmation or any information about my order. They havent replied to any of my emails asking about when the order my be shipped. Im so frustrated with this. And then looking up the company on ****** this page popped up and started reading about all these other people that have the same problem! So discouraging after spending $100+ I would really like my product and a full refund or at least a refund. Order #*****

      I ordered from there website order number ***** they claim to be a veteran owned company there phone number is a cell phone that has mailbox full and goes straight to voicemail I've emailed you them seven times after finding comments on your page and there social media pages that they take people's money and you never receive the item the website say 3-7 days it's been weeks with no reply also claiming to a veteran to gain money or fame is stolen valor which is a felony . As a combat veteran I can't believe there w veteran bases company to be ripping people off like this so besides taking are money there committing a felony of this company is a scam by claiming it's veteran owned and operated please look into this as the money isn't the most it's the point there scamming people using the fact saying there veteran owned to gain people's trust which is disgusting thank you and look forward to hearing back

      I ordered a Knife. I have the receipt. It's way past the promised 3 to 7 days for shipping. I emailed. Left voice mails. And also sent a message on the form in the website. I also found out on my own , that the knife I ordered, ******* x7 is now sold out. As I said. I haven't received and response to my emails or voice mails. This is simply bad business practices. I need someone from there business to call me or email me asap. I have a bad feeling about this and believe they ripped me off and took my money. With no intention to ship my knife Order number *****

      I placed an order with this company on 12/17/2023, order#*****. One of the items Villain X7, which is an OTF knife, was delivered and isnt operable. The knife was purchased for $49.99. *** made over 10 attempts to contact this company through email, social media, and by phone. The company refuses to respond. I would like a replacement product or a full refund. This company has numerous reviews addressing the same complaints. They should be held accountable for this type of service.

      Ordered a money clip/automatic knife. It worked fine for a week, now it constantly misfires and will no longer engage correctly. Clicked the tab on their website to fix problem and received no response. Waited a couple days, sent another email, then another. They don't respond. They do, however, have a ******** page where I know they saw my comment. I asked if they had a phone number I could contact since they didn't respond to my emails. I responded to another person's complaint on FB. They removed both of my comments and blocked me from seeing their page. Nice way to treat their customers and stand behind their products!

      I ordered 3 tasers and earned a free knife, received only two tasers, and no free gift. I want a refund for the Tayser that I never received. Sent numerous emails, phone calls and messages through Instagram. No response.

      I bought a knife from this business, order # *****. The knife cost 80$ and it broke right away and this business refuses to respond to my emails or make any attempt to remedy the situation
