Advertising Review

On June 29, 2023, BBB Serving Eastern Michigan and Upper Peninsula requested the business substantiate, modify, or discontinue advertising claims. The following are examples, but not a complete list of advertised claims: "promotes healthy reproductive system", "may help with countering adverse sperm conditions", "may greatly increase testosterone levels", "the herb is reputedly a powerful nervous system stimulant", "reputedly containing bio-active caffeine which is natural caffeine (and non-addictive)", "it's also considered an immune system booster and believed to be anti-malarial and antiviral."

BBB further requested the business substantiate, modify, or discontinue sections of its frequently asked questions: "Are the herbs sold at ManDyngo.com FDA approved? Answer: The FDA considers herbal supplements foods, not drugs.", and "Are there any long-term adverse side effects from taking ManDyngo.com's herbs?"

According to the BBB Code of Advertising, "The primary responsibility for truthful and non deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any claims or offers made before publication or broadcast and, upon request, present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB.'

According to Section 34. Claimed Results, "Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data."

The business was responsive by providing information on third-party review, and by making some modifications to the website. As of July 19, 2023, the business has failed to substantiate, modify, or discontinue advertised claims in accordance with the BBB Code of Advertising.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.
