Knollwood dug up my parents headstone, moved it, and broke the slab in multiple places. When they put the headstone back, they placed it in the wrong spot. When confronting them, they promised to replace the slab which they never did. Also my father passed in November of 2022, and the plaque for his death date had already been paid for and it has never been applied to the headstone. They promise to do that as well and did not. Also, another headstone was paid for for three siblings to all be in after cremation. All the wording and birth dates was paid for. This was supposed to have been installed years ago. It has never been installed yet has been paid for. Also, my parents headstone is now half sunken into the ground because when they dug the hole to remove it to put in the grave above my parents they did not refill the whole properly and you can see down under The headstone where it is sinking into the ground. It looks like a u-shape. My sister and I have been dealing with this and trying to get this fixed since December of 2023. They're total disrespect for my parents and what they did to their headstone and grave site is deplorable.Initial Complaint

I purchased a stone from Knollwood for my deceased husband in August 2022. I was assured that the stone would be delivered and placed on my husbands grave in the Spring of 2023. Spring came and went, summer began and we are now in August 2023 ONE YEAR later, and still Knollwood has not fulfilled it's end of the contract we entered into. As if that's not enough. I call, they dont answer, I've left multiple voicemails, and so has my sister and absolutely no responses. This is Outrageous! Shame on them! My family and I have gone through h*** and emotional distress, sleepless nights, anxiety and so much pain knowing our loved one still doesnt have his stone. FINISH THE *** AND GET MY DECEASED HUSBAND HIS STONE NOW!!!They should have learned their ****** years ago when they were exposed for grossly neglecting to bury babies. When they began to not answer my calls, I researched them and found this out. Read about it here: **************************************************************************************************************************************************************** I need to also contact **** to inform them of their repeated offenses - no business deserves to operate or have a license when they are this NEGLIGENT and GREEDY to take peoples money that is supposed to be for the peaceful burial of loved ones.
