I purchased a small Frigidaire cooler and it stopped working. Contacted Amazon, who told me to contact **********, who told me to contact Curtis International, **** their warranty company. Filed a claim including photos and videos. They keep asking for a video that shows the problem. It's hard to show that something DOES NOT work. I have now sent 4 videos that clearly show the unit is plugged in but the fan is not running and it is not making any noise. It is clearly dead.I have gotten the runaround from both Frigidaire and Curtis, who keep referring me to the other company. Its ridiculous and much more trouble than the unit is worth but I refuse to let them win by being incompetent and unhelpful.Initial Complaint

I bought a Frigidaire icemaker from ******* last year. The icemaker stopped working. I contacted the company and paid almost $200 to send it back. Around six months ago I was sent another icemaker and it already stopped working. I contacted the company by phone and was told that there was no one I could talk to. Theyre in regards to getting it replaced again. They only do it once. They gave me an email to contact which I have. Email is ************************************** I have now emailed them three times and still have not received a response. I paid $400 for an icemaker and $200 to send it back and I still not even two years later dont have an icemaker.Initial Complaint

I purchased a TV in June of 2022 that arrived with dead pixels. It luckily had a 1 year manufacturer warranty, but unfortunately that is not being honored by this company. It's shameful that this company is unwilling to stand behind their product and warranty. All I'm requesting this company to do is replace my TV which is still under warranty.Initial Complaint

I contacted Curtis International regarding issues with a deep freezer I purchase through them by Frigidaire. The deep freezer was purchased to store my daughter's breast milk. The item was purchased at ********** through their online support on February 28, 2022. We contacted ********** shortly after setting it up because the door was dented. They said they would take $100 off the purchase. The deep freezer has been over frosting since we purchased it. I contacted Curtis International on December 30, 2022 via phone to file a case. Over the phone I was informed that the serial number I provided to them was a defective unit. The unit is under warranty for a year. I received an email from them instructing me to send them additional information including the receipt and images of the issue. Then I was informed that they would replace the unit once I cut the cord and sent them pictures. I purchased this deep freezer to store thousands of ounces of my breast milk. I called emailed them back on January 16th immediately upon their response to cut the cord that I needed someone to speak to, to find a solution that worked for me. I currently have hundreds of ounces of breast milk in the deep freezer with no place to put it. Therefore, I cannot cut the cord and wait for a replacement to show up. I was told no one would call me. I emailed back on 1/18, 1/23, 1/25 with no response. I called on 1/25 and was promised a manager would call me within 30 minutes. No one called. I called back on 1/26 and was told no manager was available and someone would call me tomorrow 1/27. I need a replacement deep freeze to store my daughter's milk prior to destroying the defective one. By the way, I have lost 30+ ounces already of milk that I cannot get to because it has frosted over so bad. I can barely open the door and the frost it is trickling down to the next shelf. Curtis Internationa needs to replace the defective unit before they expect me to cut the cord and lose my babies milk!Initial Complaint

Long story short I bought a $400 ice machine that quit working after FOUR months! I contacted fridgitaire but apparently it goes through this Curtis international to get fixed. I originally contacted them on June 6, **************************************************************************** two weeks! Ive called twice I keep replying to the email like they said, I have sent them everything they needed twice!! Supposedly nobody can help me except the lady who took my claim (?). This particular o e machine had problems and was taken off shelves for a while. They upgraded the unit to sell under a different model number. I have the old version
