      Contour has failed to complete a bathroom remodel, wont return calls, text messages, continually lies about why no one has worked on my job in 8-9 weeks. He responded to my original BBB complaint with a promised completion date of November 18, he was a no show, no calls. He then promised to have someone here *****. No show, wont respond to calls. Ive spoken with others that are suffering the same abuse by this company. Job half done wont finish, wont speak to clients. I want action not promises.

      As I get these informative responses from customers, which in fact are both truth and situational fiction. I have tried to be cordial and responsive as much as I possibly can but it finally dawned  on me that where there is smoke there is a fire. In almost 30 years in this industry  I have had very few customers unhappy with me or the company I have been with. In light of your complaint I can only describe it as valid as you can see it. I only want the outcome to be amicable and resolute. I however can only be to so many places at so many times a day and someone always seems slighted. I have said this before . If you are trying to make a point , be valid in your statement with the truth. This salacious response is again avoid of facts. To be honest your comments are not even in alignment with your original complaint. Your project only needs tile to complete, that is a far cry from "1/2 way " completed. But I can understand how and why these complaints need extra words and descriptions to weight to claim to be valid. 

      It has also occurred to me that each of Our complaints this year both have the same tone and authors are aligned with the same views. But was not occurred to you is that the ratio of happy to unhappy people there is a massive percentage that is happy versus unhappy.  I am unfortunately having to spend time and energy in the wrong places to keep a few unhappy customers pleased . This is unacceptable in all facets , both present and future.

      You have made it very clear that you only hear excuses and stupid lies. I also do not feel the need to be insulted any further. I want to complete your project and if you choose to continue this assault by the means you are using than lets figure another way to get this resolved.

      I only wish the best for you and any one else that only wishes to tear people and business apart. In fact in light of all that has happened and will happen my values and views do not align with yours .

      I hired Contour Property Solutions early in the year to remodel 2 bathrooms and it has been a horrible experience. We paid close to $30, 000 to have this work done. The first bathroom was done so badly that they had to tear it down and finish it again. The final result on that bathroom was good but the time spent on it was extreme. The second bathroom took forever to get started. The work started middle of August and we are still waiting on it to be finished. We are constantly told that someone will be coming and then no one shows up. Sometimes they have a reason or excuse but at this point, it's hard to believe them. Just since October, I have had 11 days that they were supposed to show up and didn't. This has put a huge strain on us financially and logistically. I need this work completed by Thanksgiving the owner promised they would be out today to finish. Of course no one showed up and I had to use another vacation day. Still waiting to find out if they are coming tomorrow.

      After I read this it seems to be that no matter what we do or do not do there is always going to be people like this. ****** has complained on our local NEXDOOR app and has claimed that I  myself have contacted her in a "threatening manner" which has NEVER happened or will happen. As far as her timelines go they are pretty accurate. However what she has not informed the public of is that I myself as the owner of the company came to the house to check on the first bathroom and did not like what our Team had done and as a result ripped it out and completely re worked the entire shower free of charge and without haste. I also decided that if given the chance would make sure her main bathroom if she chose to allow us to do would be flawless.  Once we started the second bathroom there were hidden defects that we completed and they refused to pay for them. However we kept going to keep it on track. Where the project stands at this point is we are waiting on the large vanity to come in. Again what she did not state here is that due to waiting We went out and bought 2 vanities tops and faucets weeks ago to make sure that the family would not be without use of ********* in the bathroom until new one has arrived . What she also has not mentioned here is that we purchased 2 lights over each sink and upgraded her exhaust fan at no additional costs to her.

      I had said to Mrs and ************* that I will take the criticism any day of "taking too long" any day. I realize that they just want their bathroom completed and having to listen to all of her threats about "suing us " Reporting us to 'FOX 2 NEWS" and how SHE herself personally has had MANY people reach out to her asking to join on on taking us down I have had enough. We are not doing anything malicious or trying to harm them in any capacity. We have and will continue to remedy this any any other complaint. This complaint is like many other that I personally have read about not only our company but many others. I Myself have had to stop myself from tearing into staff and companies while transactions in any industry need to be commented on or torn down. Its bad enough out there for everyone and does not seem to be getting any better any time soon.

      It is only our intention to remedy any transgression that comes our way.

      What often amazes me is the complete disconnect on word people say ,write and comprehend. Where in my response did I 

      "defend " .

      I simply put out the facts. In addition to this How would anyone react to your threats. The only item left on your punch list is the permanent vanity. Of course there is not any mention of what we did to provide services by supplying and install 2 brand new vanities, tops and faucets so you would have use of the bathroom. I hold steadfast on saying the BBB is not a mediator or a refuse for this. Of course even as we have texted back and forth about options you do not bother to mention here. And  if we are so horrible why are you still bothering. 

      I can tell you why. You know that I take this very personally , so much so that I my self reworked your first bathroom because it was not to our standards. I knew you would never be happy with it. I rely on this to feed  my family and the families of our staff.

      Can you claim that our workmanship is shotty or not worthy of what we have charged. You also have a large enough balance to just walk away and take your chances elsewhere.

      You have chosen not to. But what you have chosen to do is kick us when we are down. We are not down , just trying to find some equilibrium and it has effected you. 

      Again I just do not see the point in weaponizing the BBB to get leverage. I am not sure why you are not listing that this is all to complete your bathroom. I  know it is more salacious and juicy to feel like you have been wronged so badly and we have ruined your life in some way. You sure are hellbent on ruining mine and others. Do you completely understand how you are leveraging the services of the BBB and trying to further devastate us? 

      We are human and the more and more I pay attention outside around me in other business' I realize that people like your self live in a different reality and function differently. While that *** suit your needs today- they wont be a need for them moving forward

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

      The response from the company still does not include any resolution.  He states that he has made sure that we have a working bathroom while we wait on the vanity that I'm not sure was ever ordered, however, I don't have use of a shower or mirrors so the vanities (which are used not new as he stated) don't help much.  On Monday, November 28, ***** told me and my husband that you have an idea for an alternate vanity.  It has now been over a week and still don't have any clue what this idea was.  The bottom line was I wanted my bathroom complete and I continue to get the runaround.  After working with an attorney, we decided to send a notice with a letter of intent to terminate the contract if it is not complete within 30 days.  

      ***** stated that  I live in a different reality and function differently, and if that means I expect people to live up to their commitments and be honest with open communication than I guess I do and I won't apologize for expecting that.

      My husband and I hired this company to do work at our home in March. We wrote them a check for half down on March 22,2022, they cashed it shortly after. After extended texts, we got the run around all summer. We were told by *********************, our salesman that all the blueprints were ready and were getting submitted to our city for review, that never happened. I went to the city myself and I was told no permits were submitted for my house. At that point we asked for our money back. Got the run around again, The owner, *****, texted my husband that he will give us our money back if we give them written notice and he has 30 days to return our money, which is does state that in the contract. We delivered the written notice on June 24, 2022, no response. We have contacted a lawyer, his name is ***********************, ****************** our lawyer was contacted by a bankruptcy lawyer on Contour Property Solutions behalf. I want help on how to go about getting our money back.
