    Upon checking out theres a deposit that was supposed to be returned. I did not receive my deposit back. Several conflicting statements were made to cover up over being extorted out my funds. Upon asking for a correspondence that outlines their policy on the subject matter, the general manager wasnt cooperative in providing it and stated against having to provide anything besides claiming the reasons why the deposit is to be kept. No resolution has occurred. For the record the hotel has no basis whatsoever of keeping the deposit.

    Only leaving a Star because 0 stars is not an option.Words cannot express how completely unprofessional this place was. From cleanliness to extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I arrived around 4pm on 2/14/23 to check into my room. Upon arriving we were given a room on the top floor. Room 333 to be exact. When entering the room my significant other and I were immediately disgusted by our surroundings. The room literally looked like the house maids slapped bedding on and walked out the room if that! The floor was covered in debris the bedding had some sort of black particles on it. The bathroom looked like itd barely been touched. I was going to just let it be but after setting my key cards down on the bed I immediately noticed a s**** stain on the bed sash. We then gathered our belongings and went down to the front desk where we received another key card to a different room with many apologies. When entering the second room the floor did not appear to be vacuumed however was something I could dismiss given our first room. We set down our belongings and went down the elevator to go attend our events we had planned for the evening. When passing the front desk we were asked if our new room was ok in which I stated it was better but I was not going to complain. We arrived back at our room a little after 11 at night as my significant other and I went to lay down for the night we then found a condom rapper. That was my final straw with this establishment. I immediately went down stairs and asked for a refund. Where I was told that I would need to wait until morning to speak to a manager. In other words I was expected to stay in an unsanitary room. We did not! The next morning I contacted the manager who was extremely unprofessional. Told me I would not receive a refund and I quote you are not going to occupy my room for 6 hours to get your little booty call and try to leave expecting a refundIve never in my life experienced such an unprofessional place.
