I had a negative experience with Northgate Construction when they replaced my roof. The salesperson I was assigned did not show up on the date he said he was going to meet with our insurance adjuster. I had to do their work for them and found it was very easy working with the insurance company. After they finished the job we found razor blades and nails throughout our yard after the installation. Two representatives came out to our house and neither one of them picked up or checked for additional sharp debris. They sent their team members out almost three weeks later to clean up again.Before the roof installation, we were asked what the company should protect (plants, outdoor furniture, etc.). We stated that only our hydrangeas needed to be protected. The hydrangeas were not protected and were crushed by debris. When we brought this to the salesperson's attention, he stated that it's a construction zone and things happen. When I called the company, they told me that hydrangeas will grow back. I was surprised that a well reviewed company had such horrible customer service. The companies resolution for ripping screens during the roof replacement, leaving sharp debris in our yard, crushing the hydrangeas, and not finishing the roofing under the windows until the insurance company told them they had to. I had them do a small repair job and gutter/gutter guard installation. Everything was completed on time and very professionally. No issues or problems. Price was exactly as quoted.Review from Steve A

I had an excellent experience with this company they were fast to react, very accommodating, and detail oriented. The job site was clean after all work was complete, and both the owner and CEO came out to spot check the work after completion. Overall, I highly recommend Northgate Construction for a quality job you won't be disappointed.Review from J. H.

I have had my roof and deck replace by NorthGate Construction. I had a great experience with them. They did what they said they would done and it was done right and on time. Thank you NorthGate. I highly recommend.

Roofing job was not completed to my satisfaction.Section of siding was removed and never replaced,company assured me job would be completed to my satisfaction so in good faith payed remainder of balance, job. was left with exposed white flashing that stands out. Now Nothgate Construction want's me to pay to have flashing painted to match siding.NorthGate Construction Response
