My name is ******************* came to my home and gave me a free estimate on repairs on my in ground pool it states that it will cost ******* we had water coming in the pool and couldnt put in the liner he states that .8 men will come do the job and it would be done in one day it was never completed I understand it was raining some days the man didnt show up it was never 8 men as promised it was just one when they finished the job they stated there wasnt nothing else they could do the same amount of water was coming in the pool we called other pool companies and they stated all we had to do was put a sub pump down the water pit I contacted the company and spoke to **** he talked to him with no respect at all and states that he would come over my house treating me he cheated me out of 5000 dollars because the sub pump only cost ****** I trusted him to know what he doing I will be taking this to court my pool was never fixed by them im so upset and when I asked him to come to an agreement he continued to talk to me like I was a nobody !!!Review from Teresa S

F*** this poor management run company that overcharges for mediocre work. They have guys who drink and smoke on the job, and treats their employees like slaves. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never give you a dime of their money.Review from Tim V

I paid a ridiculous amount of money for ZLM to fix my standing water issue in my backyard. They didnt fix the problem and I have 4 inches of water in my backyard any time it rains. When questioned about it, they stated that the solution that THEY came up with wasnt the correct one, then sent me a quote for $14k to come back out to try and fix it again. Save your money and find another company that follows through with their promises.

***,To be clear you paid $7500.00 to have ******************************** a to have the lot graded, that is not ridiculous amount of money, to be clear we did this in wet season. As far as your water problem you need to put in drain tile as stated which has nothing to do with your grading that you paid for. The grade is pitched correct based on your adjacent lots surrounding you. We have contacted you several times to help rectify this and all you want to do is curse and yell, I apologize we cannot help you.ZLM Services, LLC Response

To be very clear as well when we try to communicate or contact *** he never answers the phone just wants to text, offered to help with the issues that are above & beyond what we contracted to do almost 2 years ago as well & now all of sudden this major problem that we created, hmm. We also have had over 56" of rain this summer alone as of November 1, 2021.
