I dropped my Voltage 5th Wheel off at B Franck RV Service in **** . I had no water pressure. The toilets would not stop running and rear door needs adjusting. I was told all the issues where fixed, so I paid over the phone with my CC for $875.35 because I needed to pick up after hours. The toilets issue was exactly the same and I still had no water pressure. Upon dropping back off on 8/11/23, I asked to talk with the mechanic who performed the work but was told by the lady in the office he no longer worked there because he was making a lot of mistakes and didnt know what he was doing. I talked to a new mechanic, and it seemed he knew exactly what I needed to fix the toilets and and said he had an idea about the water pressure issue was from. I waited 2 wks and was told I owed another $1031.63. Being that I just paid $735.35 on previous invoice that did not correct the issues at all, I asked to speak with the owner but he was no at that location that day. I told the lady I did not want to pay for the same job twice, she said she understood, and said the owner would call me and get corrected. I paid but was told that the owner would correct bill and needed my camper that weekend.I didn't hear from him till 8/29/2023. I was working so did not hear my phone ring but called back less than 2 minutes later, and had to leave a message. I called 2 more times, left messages for a return call, texted twice and did not hear from him till September 27, 2023. I told him my issues in which he said he would look into but never heard back.I should be credited back at least $735.35 from my first bill if not the whole $875.35. The mechanic was not certified, did not know what he was doing and did not fix the problem at all. I also wasted over an hour with the additional trips to B FranksInitial Complaint

On 5/24/2021 B Franck RV service came to a prearranged and pre paid service call at the storage facility I had my fifth wheel RV in to measure it for slide out awnings. While both the female that contacted my wife that morning and the tech was both rude the service was preformed. Everything to this point was on track for a professional interaction. From that point over the next 3 months the only interaction was two voicemails from B Frank RV service wanting to know what we thought of the estimate. A number was left but every time I called I got no answer. I left several voicemails asking for the estimate to either be mailed or emailed to me. I have never seen any estimate or received any written communication. Mon 9-13-21 I receive a phone call from the storage facility that have an unmarked envelope with my name, it's a bill wanting another 61.91 on top of the pre arranged 120.00 I already paid. They want money for an estimate I never got and didn't even Mail the bill to meBusiness response
