Rented AirBnB property from this company.Host was ******** * Provided unhygienic place which included unchanged linens in multiple beds with animal and human hairs (see attached pics)* Internet not working all together even though advertised (refer to image showing speed)* Ant hills all over the yard and ants making into house as well When reached out to host next day morning, she would refuse to even listen to our complaints and confident that its changed ****% sure. After sending her pics as proof she decide to go in and change sheets. But all the back and forth with her didn't make my party safe enough to stay there any longer as none of the guests phones were working there. Now she is refused to refund us the money for days we didn't stay for as well as inconvenience it caused us first night. Due to these issues, we were forced to look for another hotel immediately and move out. It cost me financial and mental stress. Total bill of $1700, stress of looking for new place and vacation ruined trying to resolve this and yet not resolved. It's pretty clear ********, who happens to be owner of this business knows loophole and how to scam people.
