I made an agreement with ******************************* to provide complete ******************** for my entire property on Monday, November 20th for $125, but he refused to fulfil his obligations for his part of the agreement, and he is demanding $100 for ONLY removing less than half of the leaves from my property - stating there were too many leaves, no place to put them, etc., etc., etc. I told him that was not my problem, he should have just planned better when he provided me with the estimate. He keeps texting me and demanding that I pay him $100 for this half-hearted, partially complete service, and I keep refusing, because if HE doesn't just come and finish this job himself, then I will be forced to hire someone else, and $25 is NOT going to be nearly enough. I am a handicapped Senior Citizen on a fixed income, and he is trying to intimidate and take advantage of us ! I would gladly pay him the entire $125 that we originally agreed upon, IF he would actually come back and completely remove every single leaf from my property, like we originally also mutually agreed upon ! However, if he DOES NOT come back & completely Finish what he started, then he will not be getting one thin dime of my hard earned money, if we have ANYTHING to say about it, ANYWAY !
