I received an incomplete order and the company is not responding.I received an incomplete order and have emailed your company multipletimes with no response as of yet from you. This has been extremely poor customer service.The order number is *****, placed 09/01/2023 at 01:34PM. I received only the 2 Suntetsu. The *** that I paid for was not included in the shipment. Again, I have emailed you multiple times asking for the status with no response from you.I understand that you were busy and had potential supply chain issues, but your website currently shows that *** in stock and I have heard nothing from you and have not yet received it.Please respond promptly to this email with the status of the order. Placed an order with Sakura (# *****) on 11/02/2023. Immediately received an order confirmation, and my credit card was charged. It has been six weeks since placing the order, and there has been no communication from Sakura despite multiple attempts on my part to reach out to the for updates. I have sent at least three emails, none of which have garnered a response, and every time I call customer service, I get a generic voicemail. Sakura has taken my money, and I have no idea when or if they will make good on their end of the transaction.Initial Complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
However, Sakura replied that they had communicated delivery/shipment to me and I have not received any further notice than what was shown in the initial complaint.

On 6/16/22 I ordered a karate gi. I have never received any updates regarding the gi nor its processing. I checked the website and it says processing or shipped. I was quoted 2 weeks to receive the item. It is now over 4 weeks since ordering. I have tried calling the number multiple times only to get a generic voicemail machine. I spent $97.93 on the gi and the money was taken from my account. At this point I'd just like to get my money back.
