I ordered 6 printed sewing patterns online (order *****) on September 1, 2022. I had not received anything by mid-October and reached out to the company by phone and email to follow up. Having gotten no response, I tried posting on the companys ******** page and instagram, and I also filed a complaint with PayPal. In early November, I received 4 of 6 patterns. I am still waiting for the remaining 2.Once again, I have taken all of the actions I took previously, and I have not heard a peep.I am tired of following up.Business response

HI THERE, we have refunded the customer in full. She has the 4 download products she ordered, but we delayed shipping 2 of the items due to an unfortunate back log on our part. We have communicated this to the customer. Thanks, I hope this is sufficient and a positive response to our customer,

***************************i have not received a refund for the two missing products. And I certainly have received no communication from this business!There was a mass email sent out earlier this week saying they were behind on shipping. (I placed the order on Sept 1 and received a mass email the 3rd week of December!).
I would either like the remaining items in my order fulfilled or I would like a refund for the missing items.

We are a small business with some sudden growth opportunities that have caused a delay in our product development and order processing. we are working very hard to get on top of our situation and have been in contact with all of our customers.
I am so sorry for this and don't know what more to do.

***************************The businesss response confuses me. They say they have issued me a refund, but I have checked both my **** and PayPal, and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND! Nor have I received my product.
i like to support small businesses, but if this business does not know what more it can do, I offer two simple suggestions: either 1) issue me a refund for the two missing products OR 2) send the two products I paid for on September 1 but have not yet received.
I would think the business wants to close this case as much as I do. Please make it end.
