Im trying to get ****** Gable too paid for the plumbing problem I had after the bathroom was remolded by ************************************************ were getting a foul smell from the sink drain. The original galvanized drain pipe was not replaced with new PCV, which was about 5 feet long. They should have made sure the drain line was open and venting properly. But this drain pipe was not replaced. ****** known about them not replacing the pipe and had the plumber back many times to try and fix it but always blamed it on other things and never fixed the problem.On June 7, 2021 ****** called Roto-Rooter and they gave me a drain clean which I use for about 6 months it helped a little but the smell would return in a few days.After letting her know that the drain cleaner did not fixing the problem and let her know that I was going to called ZPlumberZ. ZPlumberZ came in and figured out that the old piping was still in there and that the pitch was not correct. After ZPlumberZ fixed the plumbing the smell has not returned.****** Gable knew about this and the amount of $750.00 for replacing the pipe. Also I have hole in the drywall that needs replacing for about $250. PlumberZ Company had to go through the wall of the bedroom next to the bathroom sinks, so they didnt have to touch the sinks or countertop.Have tried about every day to talk to her but she will not answer her phone or any e-mails. This is a problem that her plumber causes and she should pay me back.
