      Priority Waste took over the garbage collection service for our residence from *********** on July 1, 2024. Over the next 6 weeks, Priority Waste never picked up our trash on the scheduled date. They were either 1-3 days late on three of the weeks and never picked up garbage on the other three weeks. They only picked up recycles once in the six weeks. I called them repeatedly to request a trash pick up, but rarely got through to someone to talk to as the wait would exceed two hours. On August 12th I sent an email to the address the agent provided me to request my service be canceled and to obtain a refund. Since they only collected garbage on 3 of the 13 weeks that I paid for, my refund should be $82.95. I am requesting your assistance in getting my refund. I have now sent them three emails to the address that I was given to request the service cancellation.

      Priority Waste has neglected to pick up trash in my condo complex for 7 days and the trash is still currently sitting out at the curb today (9/10).This is now a huge ***** and safety issue with rotting trash sitting on the curb for an entire week now. There has been animals ripping through the bags and throwing it all over the road and it is now starting to have a very unpleasant smell that is leaking into the houses from the curb.There is an elementary school in our neighborhood and my daughter and other children have to walk past giant piles of trash everyday going to and from school.I have made serval attempts to contact Priority Waste with no success. Every time I call and ask for a supervisor, I get pushed to an answering machine and never get a call back. They are being very unresponsive and does not seem like they care or are even wiling to solve this situation when it is their job to pick up trash.Each day the trash sits at the curb this becomes a bigger and bigger health and safety issue.This needs to get resolved immediately.I have reached out and made a complaint with the Michigan health department, Oakland county health department as well as the Novi health department.This is unacceptable and Priority Waste needs to be held responsible for this huge waste issue that is causing health and safety problems.Please follow and let me know that you have received my complaint and will be following up with Priority Waste to inform them of this on going issue and force them to clean up their mess.***** ***** *************

      As a resident in *********, we have been having constant problems with trash removal. It has been over a week now and continue to get no answers or no correction to the problem. This is now becoming a health situation due to countless animals attacking at night. .... this is unacceptable!!!

      Checked website to see in trash services changed since priority waste took over. Placed mattress at curb like instructed on Priority wastes web site.They did not pick it up. So I called priority waste and they stated they would pick it up, just leave it out, so I did. Next week they did not pick it up. I called again and they stated they will get it. The next week it was not picked up. It's been at my curb for 3 weeks. Each call to priority you will wait 25+ minutes for no solutions.

      They haven't been picking up trash and recyclable bins. Paid $87.32/quarter. Just would like my complaint on record. Im paid thru September and will not renew. I have mentioned it to the company. I asked if they want their bins back. I have not heard back yet. Loyal customer of GFL, I stuck with them thru COVID but since they were sold, zero communication on their part. If it wasn't for social media I would have no idea they were sold.

      I can't get anyone to contact GFL waste was taken over by priority waste I'm 79 disabled vet. I just want to transfer sevice without interruption. Tried for 3 days no response from anyone at priority waste please help.

      Just a few months ago I pre-paid for a year for my waste invoice with GFL Environment. Now, Priority has taken over for Waste in my area. Here is the problem, Priority is trying to double bill me. They sent me an invoice for $49.50 for the period 10/01/2024 - 12/31/2024. This time period and much more has been pre-paid. Check your records or ask GFL. Thank you.

      Priority Waste in ******** has not picked up our trash and recycling for the past 8 weeks; tomorrow, August 30, will be 9 weeks without service.I paid my quarterly bill for July, August and September in mid June.I have called them numerous times and been assured that pick up would resume on Friday of that week. Ive also called them 10 times where I have been been transferred to another department, only to be put on hold for 1/2+ and no one answers.

      I simply would like to pay my bill for services. The website asks for an invoice but this horrible company never sent me a bill so I cannot physically get credentials to set up an account to pay my bill. I have called 5 times, sent 2 messages to please call me and been on hold for hours. I am unsure how this place stays in business. I wish I had a choice but the the anti-trust nature of this business is crazy. If they put a lien on my home for not paying a bill I will seek legal counsel. The amount of time wasted on the phone waiting for these morons should be a credit to my bill, if i can ever get one. I see i am not the only one who thinks this company should implode.

      Priority waste is our residential garbage removal company. They have continually over the last 2 months missed our garbage pickup days for weeks on end. We have called the company trying to speak with anyone and they say they will call us back to discuss and never call back. They have hung up on us when calling. We have emailed several times to no response. All of our surrounding area has been picked up regularly but they continue to skip our house week after week.
