I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership on March 31, 2021. I told the salesman, ********, that I already had my preapproval letter with the necessary $3000 down payment. I told him my pre-approval is with Capital Auto Financing, and I have purchased several vehicles from this financing company. The process was always executed smoothly. The vehicle was listed for approximately $23,000 on the *********** website at their dealership, but they falsely tried to charge my finance company $24,500. When the managers and salesmen processed my application, they requested a higher vehicle cost and a higher down payment of $5200, which is 2/3 higher, which I did not agree to. I contacted ****** at *********** Auto Financing, and they stated they would increase the amount of the down payment for their own profit without my consent. Keeping in mind my credit is average to good, they could not justify the increase, especially when I had my own financing. I want the inquiry removed my credit reportInitial Complaint

Purchased my vehicle from *********************************** January 2018. I took the vehicle in several times due to the brakes having an issue with the pedal sticking. They had me take the vehicle in several times and said they could not recreate it. after multiple attempts to get fixed they suggested just replacing the brakes. This did not fix the solution. Last friday the brakes completely failed while driving. The pedal was solid and I could not press down on the brakes. This was almost very tragic. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership a week and a half ago. I also filed a claim with GM. There was still no resoluion from GM and the dealership told me they cannot do anything now that the vehicle is out of warranty. Due to the lack of service and concern for my situation i had the vehicle towed to another cadillac dealership. i am requesting the vehicle be repaired at no cost due to this issue not being resolved sooner. There was also a recall on my same vehicle in 2015 regarding brake pedal failure due to a bracket between the brake and pedal assembly and the rod that actuates the brakes. This was also never addressed by the dealership at all or even noticed as a possible cause of this since the beginning.
