Ordered the book Our Journey Together on December 6 2021 credit card charged. No book. My mother and I have made many attempts via email to find out when this is getting shipped out. Was told the 3rd week of January it was to be shipped in 10 days, Nothing. Emailed again then after being ignored finally was sent a tracking number from **** but only label created no shipment. Emailed again and was told if we didn't receive the book to let them know and they would ship put again. I asked for a proper proof for a reshipment and getting nothing. This a horrible experience just wanted a nice book for a gift but what a nightmare. Is this company fraud??Initial Complaint

Hello,I placed an order for the book, "Our Journey Together" by ***********************, via the 45books.com website, run by the Winning Team Publishing Company, on December 22, 2021. My credit card was charged $87.47 on December 23rd, 2021. I received no Order information. I have not received the book. I tried contacting the company by phone. The ************ phone number at this time is not in service. I E-Mailed them on January 26th, 2022, with a delivery and read notification. The note was delivered. However, it has not been opened.I should have received the book by now. I should have received some shipping status by now. At this point, I would like to receive a refund.Please help.Thank You.Sincerely,***Initial Complaint

I ordered a book online on 11-29-21 for $87.47. I received an email in mid December saying my book had been shipped. In January 2022 I emailed them back asking about my order. They replied back that the publisher had lost my order and it was the publishers fault but they would be sending me out another book within a week. Two weeks later I emailed them again asking again about my order. Now I get no response.I've noticed on online reviews a lot of people are posting negative comments on this scam as they are getting the same or near same results. Some are saying they have received a book but it wasn't autograhed. I did not order an autographed book. The numbers online for their address and phone numbers are bogus.I want a refund.
