Extremely poor communication and poor business practices. My Dad had dentures made that never fit correctly. He addressed his concerns and was given a temporary fix. Those denture cracked in half due to not fitting correctly. When he went in to have them fixed, they told him it would be a FEW days to have a replacement set made for him, as it was not his fault they didnt fit correctly. Fast forward THREE WEEKS, I called and spoke with the office manager who refuses to take accountability for their mistakes. As an office manager, its her responsibility to ensure her customers are being taken care and her job is being done correctly. Instead, she put the blame on the lab and refused to take any of the blame. Did I get loud with her? Yes! My Dad is now expected to come back in, Miss yet another day of work, and go without teeth for yet another WEEK. He cannot eat and is surely not comfortable going to work without teeth Yet when I mentioned she in fact does not understand what hes dealing with as she likely gets priority in the office, she went quiet. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she snarled and said it was the owner and he was not available Of course he wasnt. I do not recommend this office at all. This is not the first encounter we had that was poor. Ive made a previous review regarding likely the same
