      My wife called me from the dealership crying this morning. She had problems with her car on her way to work. So she took it here for warranty repair. She filled out the paperwork than was told they wont have a loner for at least four days but she can rent a car and may be reimbursed by GM. She asked if she could just get a ride home and was told they we live too far away. They will only drive 10 miles. Moran claims to have great service. I will never go here again.

      Very sorry to hear that an unexpected breakdown occured. We keep a very large rental fleet given the continued short supply of vehicles and are sorry that all vehicles are currently out to customers that had reserved one.       I purchased a 2017 Jeep from Moran Chevrolet used car dealership on 02/18/22 along with a used car warranty. On or sound 4/25/22 I took the vehicle in for repairs due to a leak. I was told that there was a problem with the engine but that the work was completed. A few days later I returned the car as it drove worst when I picked it up when I took it in. There was difficulty with idling and acceleration so I returned it. They called the next day and reported that the vehicle checked out fine. A few days ago, I noticed the vehicle leaking again. This is my third trip to the shop for this issue and I want the vehicle repaired properly. I am purchasing this vehicle and I need it to be safe and reliable.

      We will go thru the vehicle thoroughly to determine the cause of this leak and verify if it is the same or new and advise. The dealership will spend extra time double checking the finish product and hopefully provide a resolution that lasts. We respect our customers time and look forward to earning your satisfaction.       I had an oil change at Moran Chevrolet. They delivered the car via valet. The next day the low engine oil light came on. When I checked the oil there was none! That means the mechanic and valet who drove the car after the alleged "oil change" saw the same warning and chose to dismiss it before delivery to me. My car could have had serious damage or the engine could have seized. This is beyond incompetent.

      Bought a used car on September 18 2021 with ***** at the used car lot Moran Chevrolet in ***********. After one week I went back to the dealership and told them I was having issues. They test drove the car and said it was supposed to drive like that. Mechanic drove it and said nothing was wrong with it and told me to bring it back if it gets worse. After it got worse I went back up there and spoke with the manager ************** he barely helped me and attempted to get someone to look at it. I explained to him that I don't feel safe driving this vehicle with the brakes in this condition. I took it to their shop and he said sorry we don't have any loaner cars. So I borrowed someone else car and dropped my car off at their shop. A few days later I got a call stating my vehicle is done, I picked it up and the problem still continues. I brought it back up and the mechanic said he didn't want me to drive it anymore and he thinks it is the transmission. They finally gave me a loaner vehicle, I went back to the dealership and tried to cancel my contract and the manager gave me a hard time as if it was my fault the vehicle had these problems a week later. He gave me another managers number, I called her about 4 times throughout the week and she has not been any help. Said she would call me back each time and has never called me. It it has been over two weeks and no one has called me. Bottom line I bought a car that was not correctly inspected because 1 week later the brakes were shot and now maybe the transmission. The worst customer service from both the used car lot manager and the service shop manager. ************** The fact that I had to argue with them about how there is something wrong with this vehicle was the worst part. I don't expect it to be perfect but at least something I could feel safe driving and not have to pay to get it fixed.

      *********************** purchased a warranty from her credit union outside of the dealership. We had offered one but she choose there warranty.She brought the vehicle back to us when it broke. The vehicle was sent out to be serviced by ********************* on 10/13 since it is a **** that she had purchased.It was in for an extended period waiting for their transmission technician. She did receive a loaner vehicle from us as soon as one became available. We do not have a ************** manager so the complaint may have been to the manager at the **** store. Her warranty company did not want to pay for the repair because it was a clutch not the transmission which can be worn out quickly if not operated correctly.

      We covered a large portion of the repairs and a free loaner for two months to satisfy the customer. Our manager had also offered to look at the value of the vehicle towards trade or purchase and she preferred to have it repaired. The vehicle was repaired and I believe there to be no issue any longer.

      The *********************************************** which Moran Chevrolet neglected to tell me when selling the vehicle. According to the **** transmission problem settlement, this vehicle does qualify. I would like a repurchase of this vehicle refunding me every dollar I spend including the money I spent to fix this transmission that is still giving me problems. I will not be able to sell this vehicle again, and I was informed by experts that this issue will never go away. From my understanding of this **** transmission settlement, we have an option of having them repurchase this vehicle. I do not want to do a trade in I would honestly like to cancel this contract and go somewhere else. Either way, after speaking with *************************, he said someone will be in touch with me to decide if they will repurchase this vehicle. If I remember correctly, one of the sales reps told me they could possibly repurchase but I would not receive the full amount.
