      Purchased 3d printer items FEB 1, 2024. Paid $297.70 Have not received anything. Contacted, received two emails in March with excuses.Ask for refund with no response. It's now July and nothing. No return emails, no order.They said the order would ship in two weeks. They are a fraud.

      I placed an order for $450 in January and heard nothing for months from them finally after threatening to leave bad reviews and contact better Business bureau the owner contacted me and said he personally would be taking care of this I have not heard anything from them in the last 3 months. I asked them for a refund today if I don't receive it by the end of this week I guess I'll have to contact my credit card company or press charges

      Still waiting on an order I was charged for on January 4th, the amount was $172. A couple promises of shipment were made but then not followed up on. A dozen emails, DMs, and phone calls have been without any reply.I don't wish to do a charge back against 3Dfused. I want my kit. But I am highly suspicious that this is not a legitimate company and feel like I have been stolen from.

      I ordered from the companies online portal on spprox. February the 27th. I received notification that the parts would be shipping within two weeks. Two weeks went by and hadn't heard anything. I messaged the company and they were silent. I messaged them for 2 more days and finally on the 3rd day I made a comment that I didn't think they were a legitimate business taking peoples money like that. They responded they had ran into some issues with parts and that it would be a couple more weeks. This time I started asking about a week in. Didn't get any replies again until I inquired about the legitimacy of their company. They then told me they were so far behind it would be middle of April before they were caught up. So after the first week in April I started inquiring how far along the order was. Again no response until I questioned their legitimacy. The only then said they would give a refund if I wanted but the order was still going to be late. I told them I would hang on since they alluded to it only being another week. This is now the end of April the beginning of May and they have not shipped the item nor have I gotten any response from the company. They have taken my money (I have bank proof it is paid) and not produced the parts I requested.
