We purchased a used Toy Hauler in late Nov. and also a hitch. It sat in our drive way until we left for ** in early Dec. Upon arrival in ** we noticed our indicator panel did not work we can and still cannot tell if our holding tanks, grey, and blk are full or empty. Our oven does not work and the water pump did not work. We paid 850 for an inspection to make sure everything worked which is useless!When confronted to see a copy of the inspection they claimed they dont keep them.. thats because one was never done!! Bottom line this company does not care about there customers only taking your hard earn money. The sales mgr that I spoke with said it was our responsibility to check it before we left. How do you check this issue if your not hooked up!! Looking at other comments from other customers it looks like were not the only ones they have ripped off by a bogus inspection! Then the hitch they set with the ** attached it was set lower than it was supposed to be!Thank goodness nothing happened!!This company is a joke all they care about is making a sale, charging you for something they clearly do not stand behind. We will not purchase or recommend this ** establishment to anyone they would rather have customers post bad reviews than making things right!!!!

They did a bait and switch on the camper we bought. We kept saying it wasnt the one we looked at the sales person said yes it was theres so much wrong with this camper its unbelievable

We purchased a used ** from here last month and would have to recommend NOT purchasing an ** from here. The used **'s are sold as-is which would normally not be an issue however, we were charged $1300 for a prep fee that was supposed to include a check of everything to make sure it was all in working order prior to taking the ** home. Well for that $1300 we got a kitchen faucet that was broken and sprayed water everywhere, a holding tank that didn't actually hold any water and leaked as soon as we tried to fill the tank, blown fuses that had to be replaced before everything worked as it should, and a full waste tank that we had to empty. This dealership is clearly only about the bottom dollar with little regard for customer service . I will never purchase another ** from them and would recommend any dealership before I would recommend this one.After reading my review, the company did contact me only to tell me that all of the issues happened on the 2 hour drive from the dealership to my house. Ridiculous and unprofessional, ****** learned.
