Due to Misty at the front desk lying to myself about insurance my treatment and needs to work on the treatment plan for my teeth took over a year stating that my insurance required all this pre requirements for a debriement and this was 100% a lie nothing was needed to be done before they would pay for this. Also this individual is very Rude and condescending to patients and rips stuff out of their hands and demands that she makes the rules etc. This also includes the unfinished procedures and not Calling in Prescriptions that has also endangered my health and well being. Now due do her neglect to myself as a patient my treatment and appointments have been stopped and now endangering my well being yet again along with my childrens health including lying about being able to do my sons filling after his spacers were on, now he has a cavity in a permanent tooth that will be in appliances for 3 years due to the negligence of this staff member and other staff.
