I will not this Construction company I see u have to give this company a star , we hired C.Morris to do our roof the young men's he had was very nice. We needed our gutters replaced C. Morris got some guy to do our gutters which was not completed or did right, we call the inspector to come out which was a mistake he was Chuck friend from June of 2022 up until May 16, 2023 this man has not done or call or tried to complete his wrong the inspector only thing he did was say our chimney was a violation so we had to get that removed trying to get the inspector to tell Chuck he needs to make good on his work he did not help. Everytime we would call Chuck he will lie and say I will be out Monday never show Monday is the only day of the week he act like he know, I have written him letters call from different numbers this man is just a crook that don't care an when he did do our roof he would bring other people's trash that he was working on. I am so upset because I have to now fine someone else to correct his mistakes. It gets even worse his own men's that works with Chuck they have to go an look for him because he will not pay them or have gotten others to do the job God don't like ugly an Chuck is showing himself as ugly. So when people ask me who did our roof I just have to be honest a crook that will not honor his work an please don't use him.

C. Morris bid on my roofing job. A contract was written and $6250 was paid. No work was completed or started. My lawyer wrote letters demanding repayment which went ignored. I am a widow.

Had to give them one star otherwise I would have not. On June 28, 2022 I entered into a agreement to have C Morris install fascia along the roof line of my home also to install a Chimney Cap his invoice numbers 1567 and 1570 dated June 28,2022 and July 3,2022 total cost for material and labor to be 2855.00 I paid for to get the job done per his Sales rep. In November I asked Chuck for a refund and he said NO WAY!!! THAT MATERIAL HAD BEE PURCHASED. I have sent Emails to his g mail account as appears on his business card and they come right back to me g mail address not found. On July 10 at 1005 am I called Chuck to ask when my investment would be completed he said his salesmen and him were just talking about that said not that week but next week, well here is August 12 2023 and still not DONE... In July of 2022 I came down with COVID and Chuck said I would be put down to the bottom of his work list and that they were very busy. I never understood that because I was inside in bed and all the work was outside oh well! I feel I have been put off long enough on this project and it is time for some action weather it be on my part or his. After some investigating on online searches into Morris Construction LLC I came across a NOTICE AND ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST Complaint No. 21-18-336608 It states that under Occupational Code, MCL 339.101 et seq. orders C Morris Construction LLC to cease and desist from engaging in or attempting to engage in providing Residential Builders and Maintenance and Alteration Contractors license in violation of the Code. You can find this at the state of Michigan department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs bureau of Construction Codes Board of Residential Builders and Maintenance and alteration Contractors this order was singed on January 13, 2020 by ***** ***** Director of Bureau of Construction Codes. Could it be this might be part of the reason job not completed. With no License NO work.

Ordered new window October 2021. Still have not received them. Had to cancel due to sale of house and broken contract by *******************************! Still no money on deposit not returned! ***** stated he had to pay workers.

We paid $17,565.00 for replacement windows and vinyl siding. This job started in June 2021 and it is still not completed to our satisfaction. We have a large gap in the siding, a leaky window, and a lot of bad caulking. We picked out the color for our siding but Mr. ******************** told us that color was not in stock so he chose a different color. He never consulted us,we found out after his workers had already installed about 1/3 of one side.We have contacted the owner several times and were assured that he would take care of the problems so far nothing has been done all we get are excuses.
